zenwan: Tried to post a reply to you, and the bad karma I sent to that scammer for picking such a name must have rebounded on me, and I was thrown off the internet without a word of apology.
I'm back again, dusting myself off. Your meal sounded wonderful, fish and lemons and dill - a great combination. I'll pigeon over some lemons off my tree, lemons do well here, and I have 2 huge trees in pots.
Thanks for helping out about my name, I may just ask Support to 'tweak' it a little, to avoid any confusion. But a character reference from you, if required, would be much appreciated. Not that I'm in the habit of asking for games, as you and gunsynd said, I'd rather go without.
Otherwise all well here, the sun and heat have well and truly arrived, although there is rain and cooler weather forecast for next week, but they do that just to get our hopes up. Probably an April Fool's joke, it will surely be hotter and still dry.
Meantime I see that Moon is up - good morning to you. How are things in chilly Switzerland?
just editing out the odd typo...
I don't think you racked up bad karma by not wanting to be mistaken for someone who's managed to turn their name into garbage in the span of a single thread.
From here on out, any time that person does anything gift-related, someone's going to post a link to them begging for stuff.
It actually came out surprisingly well. The dill paste helped the lemon along immensely. (Probably didn't help that I only had lemon juice in a bottle, but the whole fish thing was spur of the moment.)
That's a good looking tree, by the way. There's one tree here, nestled in its own hole full of actual proper dirt rather than the life-killing dust that every other inch of ground consists of.
Support will cover that if it's bothering you, no problem.
To me, it's not any big thing since the differences between you and that person are pretty large.
You're pleasant, enjoyable to talk with, you show an interest in people.
The other person doesn't even go through the motions of saying hello before begging for things.
Little bit of a difference there. -laughs-
Hopefully the forecast is accurate. Hot, dry weather is incredibly crappy to deal with. After a bad winter, it can feel nice, but once it hits 85 degrees Fahrenheit, then keeps going to 105, for weeks, it gets miserable.
