Reading a lot! I spent more money on books than games :-)

AgentBirdnest: One of the things I like about peanut butter is that it doesn't taste like peanuts :-)
Hmmm... I could actually like the peanut butter you are talking about since I am not a fan of peanuts :D But if it does not taste like them, great ;-)

What kind of books do you read? Any favorites?

For me it's mostly fantasy and science-fiction.

Mostly fantasy and sometimes a crime thriller. Oh and a historical novel can also be great :-)

I don't read half as much as I used to, but I'm trying to read more again. Mainly fantasy books.

I believe what you are looking for is either butter, or Nutella. ;)

I do love peanut butter, but it has to be hot (like on toast) otherwise it sticks my mouth together and is really hard to eat. Interestingly I switched to Nutella when I found out it was actually healthier and had less calories than peanut butter (the stuff I used to buy anyway), plus it's bloody delicious.

Yes, i like history as well. Well, like...i guess interesting is a better word. I've read some crime books, but i find that they all are the same in the end - a detective with an old flame and a plot twist near the end x.x

Adaliabooks: The word "books" is in your username, of course you have to read more!

I guess in time I've been here it has been as much general chatter as strictly games. Seems if you want to talk about a game you either have to go to the specific game thread or start a new thread.
I've found it a very enjoyable place overall. ;)

(Seriously, that was 32 pages ago?!)

I have now got my hex map editor for my game to save. Yay!

I'd post a picture, but well, I can't :(

Anyway, that's the bones of the map format done, so now I just need to work on the interface to make a map visually (rather than with lines of code) and finish off the map format (fill in the blank tile types and the ability to place features)

That won't mean anything to most people unless they were following me and ddickinson's conversation four days ago, but I'm pretty pleased with myself so I thought I'd share.

Nice, can't wait to see what's up with it a month or two. ;)
