ddickinson: Have you had any luck deciding on a game to play? Have you decided what to do about buying yourself a game from your wishlist?

moonshineshadow: Not really. I decided not to buy Bastion, I'll wait for a sale, I was not hundred percent convinced that it is a great game. I don't know, I often find it hard to decide on a new game with a few exceptions. Too many choices are clearly not good for me :P

ddickinson: Sometimes I end up making a list of games and just picking one at random to play. If I am in the mood for an adventure game, for example, I make a list of all of the ones on my shelf that I have not recently played, and then I draw one out at random.

At the moment I am thinking of perhaps choosing something from a completely different genre. Since in the roleplay category I don't have that many games left.

And Journey of the Roach is one of that. I played it last summer with my mum :-)

But I think I will really do that with the random pick from my games.

ddickinson: I still need to get around to playing that game. It looks like a fun game. It is also the only game on GOG made in Switzerland.

Sometimes I do the random thing and get a game I am not to keen on, but then I start playing and I start enjoying git. It helps that I am interesting in most the games I own, so I won't really get stuck playing a game I hate, hopefully.

I am trying to decide between playing The Banner Saga or Legend of Grimrock as my next game.

I just picked a random game and it turned out to be Evil Genius. I'll install it and try it later on after dinner. I bought it in an a sale where it was really cheap because it looked like a funny little game :D

And if you want my opinion: Legend of Grimrock :D

It won't be tonight though, as apart from the nice night I have planned I am also playing more Outlast with my partner (and I am quite enjoying it). I guess I will start Legend of Grimrock next week. It looks like a lot of fun from what I have seen, and I have been looking forward to playing it.
