So, to change the subject to something more game related and hopefully to lighten the mood a little. Are there any games that catch your eye from the weekend promo?

Picked up 4 earlier today - Wings Classic, Defender of the Crown, Rocket Ranger and Jack Orlando.
Now at 18 of 20 overall for sale offerings, no interest in JA Wildfire or Dream Pinball.

Anything looking interesting to you?

ddickinson: Hello, Owl! *big hug*

Thank you, it is nice to relax a bit on the forum.

No sleep in for me tomorrow, I work most Saturdays. I do have Sunday to sleep in, which I am looking forward to.

How are you tonight? Are you looking forward to the weekend? Do you have anything nice planned?
Good luck for tomorrow then... :-|
No special plans for the weekend ! the most exciting part is an appointment with my optician to get a prescription for new glasses and lenses (lol) ;-) ... otherwise, I don't know... it will depend on the weather, mood, owlet's mood... :)

Nothing for me that I don't already own. It has some of my favourite GOG games on sale: Bad Mojo and I have no mouth and I must scream.

Which two do you not own?

Thank you. I will be taking it easy tomorrow, but hopefully I can still get quite a bit of work done. I managed to get an appointment with my doctor to check my arm again in the morning, but other than that I am working all day like normal.

I hope the weather, mood, and the Owlet's mood are all favourable over the weekend and you can find something fun to do. How is the Owlet? Is the teething still causing her (and you) some problems?

*big random hug*

Wildfire and Dream Pinball are the two I don't have. No interest though, so that's okay. The four I did get were list items, so I wiped them out.

If it is as good as people are hoping, I am sure PoE will give you many hours of fun over the weekend.

That's good, getting 4 games of your list. I have 7 of the games on sale this week. I have yet to get a sale where I own all of the games.

I hope so. I watched some of TBs stream yesterday and set it up today and i can say i really like the character creation already.

Anything else of the promo (apart from the earth games i'm interested in) to keep in mind for the future? I already own System Shock 2, I have no mouth and i must scream, Knights ans Merchants and Fahrenheit.

ddickinson: Hello, Hyper! *big wave*

Thank you for the cute pictures. I am more of a dog person, but cats can be cute as well.

My mum is on the high observation ward, not quite serious enough yet to be on the intensive care ward, but they are worried she could end up there if she doesn't improve. Hopefully a good nights rest and some medication will help improve things, but they said it will be several days before she can come home, and only if she improves.

How are you tonight? Has the weather improved for you?

High observation ward sounds encouraging;, I'm positive she'll do well and will be released to go home without setting foot in intensive care. You will have to be a bit patient, and can always count on us to give you a little p̶u̶s̶h̶ boost.
Just don't overdo it with work, with your injured arm and all; I know it can be very tempting to keep you busy, but you should take care of yourself; you do want to be ok when she returns home, don't you?

I'm quite well, thank you for asking. And no, it's still raining like there's no tomorrow. Got any sun to spare?

I found Bad Mojo to be a very fun, interesting, and unique game. It's a good example of the originality of 1990s games. It has alternative endings as well. It's not too hard, and the storyline is quite okay, given how old the game is. But it's not for everyone, and it can be challenging at times to figure out what you need to do.

My arm is okay, it's more painful than it was, but I don't regret it. These things happen, it's not like the lady just thought it would be fun to faint. It took her a few minutes to wake up and she was really worried about the baby. She was okay, just a little shaken. I got a very nice muffin from her as a thank you. :-)

How has your day been?

I am not in the mood for reading at the moment, and I find the forums to be nice and relaxing. And who are you calling crazy? :-)

I am glad you are well and are happy to be back. *big return hug*

Hating myself for procrastinating and not doing the paperwork.
I'll do it tomorrow or on sunday.

Good that you go to check your arm !
Yes, I hope so... but I'm kinda lacking inspiration when it comes to find fun things to do, these days... we'll see ! :)
She has a new tooth since tuesday, which caused her to cry loud during the night of monday to tuesday... since then, she feels much better... thanks for asking and caring, despite all the things you already have to deal with... you're awesome !!
** Gigantic comforting and grateful happy hug **

... Well, good night, everybody !!!
See you hopefully tomorrow :)
**Hugs and waves to everybody**

I will take it easy at work, or at least easier than I normally do. I need my arm to be okay for playing Outlast on Saturday night. :-)

Today was a beautifully sunny day, with a clear blue sky. It was quite cold due to the wind, but the sky was lovely. Sadly I still don't have any weather powers, so I can't send the sun your way.
