ddickinson: Good luck picking a game. I usually find it hard to pick a game to play. I have way to many on my shelf and that just seems to make it harder to choose a game.
Think I'll go with Escape Goat 1, since I somehow managed to delete my old save and never cleared the super hard post-game stuff, along with continuing Grimrock.

My problem is that I'll start a bunch of games rather than focusing on wiping out the pile one or two at a time.

It is about some simulations I did to see if the control scheme I am working on for the converter is functioning correctly :D

The report is going slowly. Making nice graphs takes some time. And also I had another idea for something important to simulate so I'll do some additional ones and also include them :-)
I am still betting my arm is fine. I know why people are concerned, but as I said, it is not broken and I don't see it being anything other than swelling and bruising.

I hope your new simulations turn out well and I am sure your report will turn out great.

I saw Escape Goat, but I figured I had enough unplayed puzzle games at the moment, so I skipped it without really looking into it. I have heard people say it is a fun game, so hopefully you will at least enjoy it.

I tend to have a few games on the go, usually all different genres for when I am in a mood for a certain type of game.

A karaoke machine is just a set of TV screens that display the lyrics as you sing. It makes it easy for songs you hardly know, and the two screens is great for duets, as each screen shows one persons lyrics. They slowly colour as the word is due to be sung. This helps with the tone and pacing of the song. Other than that it's just some microphones, sadly not a torturing robot. :-)

I think you might be coming down with a case of Crow's illness. It is already taking it's toll on Moon, and I fear it will slowly spread to us all. Soon we will just be sat here torturing ourselves with games. :-)

An Owl hat for your adorable Owlet sounds great, and I bet she will love it. I remember you saying you were knitting for a friend, but who wouldn't love a woolly Owl hat? :-)

And yes, of course it's nothing serious, but we all would be reassured to hear it from a white-coat dude, than from a random farmer girl, no matter how skilled about arm bruises and swellings she is... ;-p

I'm on my phone, so to all who asked; got to go to the wholesalers and then make some dough, after that it's mostly relaxing and probably gaming.
ToME has reignited my roguelike love so I may have a dig around in the engine and see how difficult it would be to make my own, my other project is slightly on hold at the moment so I might just give it a try.

I'm clearly an awful person, they were talking about someone leaving One Direction on the TV and how upset all the fans are and all I can think is "Thank God, maybe they'll split up and we won't have to be subjected to the obnoxious little b*stards anymore..."
Which is pretty nuch the reaction I had to the news about Top Gear too...
