Hopefully you're all doing okay today. =)
Good morning Crow !!
Did you manage to catch some sleep ? :)
I saw you're done with Super Meat Boy ?!? \o/ Awesome !!! \o/ CONGRATS !!!
*Congratulations Hand Shake* (you're not very into hugs, are you ?)

[Edit] Lol... you call DD "D" ? are you -that- lazy today ? ;)

Good morning, Adalia !!
*Waves*
How are you doing ?

ElTerprise: But It's one of the most famous quotes from TIntin (in german the curse is actually "Hagel und Granaten") and it's from my favourite character from Tintin so yeah. The only quotes from latin i know are from Ásterix :).

Same here no practice in french. Not even when i was in Brussels a few years ago.
Hehe, Haddock is my favorite character too... How do you call him in German ? :)
You've read Asterix in latin ? woaa... respect. I've never been good at latin ^^

LaPtiteBete: A coffee bath !! Awesome !!! *pull all clothes off and happily dive in the mug* u__u ...
... Won't you go to see a doctor for your arm ?... Even if it's not broken, you can have other problems which could take much longer to heal if you don't do anything at all... :-( (have you put something (ointment...) on it ?)

So cool about your evening :) ...
Wow, your partner is very talented !! Tchaikovsky !... ô__ô
("some crazy lady"... lol n__n ... I picture you, yes... well, no ; I mean, your battle sister avatar !)

(Oh, cr*p... I'm not alone in my office, I can't see -and let alone listen to- your videos right now... :-| ...)
I don't know the song you've sung...

Yes, my evening wasn't too bad... but not very exciting. Daily routine... !
Will you work outside, on your greenhouse, today ?
I will probably only see the doctor if it agents worse. It will be fine, i have had similar injuries before (last time was a cow trapping my arm between a wall and the gate) and they usually heal in time, so no need to worry. I have not put anything on my arm today, but it is strapped up, so I'm sure it will be fine.

My partner is really good on the violin, and the piece she played was very nice, and played perfectly. I was not too bad at encouraging her, I just gave a big cheer and some clapping to encourage her when she was looking a bit nervous.

I had never heard the song that we sung before last night. It's not a bad song, and was lots of fun to sing together. The others seemed to enjoy it, which was nice.

As soon as the heavy rain stops it will be doing some finishing work on this greenhouse, providing my arm allows it. At least the wind is not too bad yet today, so it should be an okay day to be up high on the roof.

I read your evening plan that you mentioned to Moon. Did you end up playing some games, or did you enjoy some knitting?

Good morning. =)

It's coffee, more coffee, and watching a Let's Play of some really crap looking game at the moment.

What are you up to?
avatar
LaPtiteBete: (but you still remember some Tintin quotes ? ^^)...
Well, I think I have forgotten almost everything I learnt in german as well :-( ... since I never used my skills... that's a shame...

LaPtiteBete: <snip>
No. i've read in german. i only meant the short latin phrases in the book from the one-legged pirate for example. :)

I never had latin in school.

And Haddock is called Haddock in the german version as well.

No, haven't slept yet. In a weird way, I'm not surprised. As soon as I say that my sleep pattern's changing, it messes with me by going back to "normal".

Yes. It's done. Thank the gods. Every bandage, every warp zone, every A+, every glitch zone, every stinking level of Cotton Alley, it's all done.

It's not so much an anti-hug thing as it's a little to no human contact at all thing. -laughs-

And yes, I refer to D by that since it seems odd to call her DD. Anyone I've known with that name had it as solely a first name, not an abbreviated first and last.
(I tend to overthink things just a bit...)

Can't complain too much here. Trying to decide whether to pick another bad game, another hard game, or actually dig into something else that might be fun for once.
I honestly don't have that many hard/awful games, but dear gods does it seem that way when I see how many of them still need to be cleared. -laughs-

ddickinson: < Another big answer >
Well, i hope your arm will heal quickly...
Hum... I wonder if you're really objective about your partner skills on the violin... Haaa, my bad, we say "love is blind", not "love is deaf" ;-p hihi... I'm kidding. I'm sure she's great !!
So, you sang a song that you've never heard before ? Ô__ô ... This sounds the toughest challenge ever to me...
Good luck for your works... !!
I played a little... FTL ! I died dozens of times (in easy mode... shame on me >__< !!) then I knit a little... I'm about 31,2% of my second mitt done... next I'll do a woolly hat to go with them...

Thank you. =)

Between my aborted first run from something like a year ago, the restart, and doing a 100 percent run aside from that one bastard level that got spoiled for me so I don't count it because I didn't figure out how to beat it on my own?
95 hours.

Hum... Sorry about your messy-again sleeping pattern... :-(
... and no withdrawal symptoms yet ? ;-p
Ho, cr*p... I shouldn't have shaken your hand, then ! :-O I'm sorry !!
And no problem, it's better to overthink than not to think at all, I ... think ;-)

Your memory is right. Tintin is called TIm in german.

Why not treat yourself and play a good game that you will enjoy. Or is that not sadistic enough for you. :-)

Which games are you thinking of playing?

Hey now, my partner is really good. But I know what you are saying about me maybe not being objective about it :-). She has been playing since she was little, and has played semi-professionally in an orchestra during college, so I think I am safe to say she is good, even if I would be bias about that :-).

We got to listed to the song before we had to sing it, which was helpful. We listened to it on headphones a few times to get used to it and then we sang it on stage. The karaoke machine gives us two different lyrics (one for each of us) and help with the pace of the song. I sand the Meatloaf lyrics and my partner the Marion Raven lines.

Do you enjoy playing FTL, even if you do die a lot? I am sure the mitts and hat will turn out great. I hope you are knitting an owl hat? :-)
GOG has crashed here, no way to see the forums or private messages or any part, except the main page... all were loading, but resulting in total blank pages... for about 15 minutes... Is it only me, or... ? :-\
Good morning.
Still looking for hugs.I'll take a break from my PC to manage my other backlogs. Still need to finish some games on both my 3DS and my 360.
