Stilton: I'm okay. Attempting to get my head around what appear to be simple tasks in Linux and feeling like I need to learn Swahili first, and tightrope walking, and how to eat large quantities of rock. All at the same time. Its a bit perverse, but I actually like it, and so far haven't been put off by a success rate which is yet to reach zero.

I think I've entered the realm of the disturbed....

EndreWhiteMane: Linux can be pretty addicting. Amazing the work that can be done and then offered for free.
There are many pieces of software offered that rival the Windows (expensive) equivalents.
I'm finding there's a temptation to have a go at everything, but the way I have it set up now is really all I need. Its quick, simple, fairly easy to get into and hasn't hitched once. Its early days, but it all feels very stable.

Can't complain here, it's darkness, coffee and video games. Lot worse ways to spend an evening.

Already at work (since 4:30 am) and a bit nervous, as I have a job interview this afternoon. I need to change something in my life and as I'm happy with my marriage I try that :D

Not anymore, thankfully. It's done and dead, 100 percent plus, so I never have to play the stinking thing again.

So you don't suggest I give it a try? It's been in my Steam lib quite a while and I always considered it a bit to stressing to try.

It would heavily depend on what you're looking for.

It's not a particularly fun game by any means, unless your idea of fun is dying 10, 50, 100, 1000 times to clear a single level.

The soundtrack's quite good when it's not looping for hours on end, though. Would recommend giving it a listen on Youtube if you like electronic-type music.
