Hello, Gunny!

How are things in the land of Oz?

And regarding your comment earlier: "In case you don't know in Australia (mates don't hug mates)".

Well these guys would beg to differ. :-)

moonshineshadow: *welcome hug* Doing ok here. How was your evening? Was it fun?
Hello, Moon! *biggest return hug*

My evening was lots of fun, thank you. I am glad you are doing okay. I was hoping lovely Owl would be here, as she wanted me to tell her the song we sang. Hopefully she will be on a little later, or she is fast asleep and resting, both are good.

ElTerprise: Hi. Doing quite well at the forum after watching a somwhat boring football match :).
Hello!

Glad to hear you are doing well. I was just reading your posts about the football match.

CarrionCrow: Good evening. =)

Hopefully you're waving with the uninjured arm. How are you feeling?
Good evening, Crow! *big hug*

I am feeling good, thank you. My arm still hurts a lot, but I had a very fun evening so overall I am one happy girl tonight. How are you today? I see you managed to get some sleep earlier?
avatar
l0rdtr3k: I heard that Lands of Lore 3 pretty much ruined the franchise.
Speaking of Westwood, where the hell is Command and Conquer? I thought GOG would have an easy time getting them here.
avatar
moonshineshadow: Let's say it wasn't that bad, that I remember it as a really bad game. But I also do not really remember it at all, so it was also not a good game worth remembering it ;-)

Stilton: Hi folks! Are we all well?
*fragrant belches and flatulent parps*

moonshineshadow: *welcome hug* Things are ok here, how are you?
Hi, Moon ;-)

*huggles*

I'm good, thank you. I've spent some time this evening learning about Linux. I'm moving forward at roughly the speed of paint drying, but its been fun ;-)

How are you?

gunsynd: Gidday Stilton:-)
Didn't need the other info....

Stilton: If I'm feeling good I like to share it around ;-)
Anyone who * fragrant belches and flatulent parps* is,not good.
We have a saying:Full of piss and wind....

ElTerprise: Command & Conquer, Red Alert and Tiberian Sun are Freeware. Red Alert 2 would be nice though (although that game messed up the single universe continuity).

@Moonshineshadow: already downloading the game
Of course I want RA2 with Yuri's Revenge XPAK! It's the best of the series and I just loved the camp factor in it.

It was forgettable.
Also,I hope that if Full Throttle comes here,it comes with the brazilian sub. I watched the intro and it's very well done.
My bad,Grim Fandango was dubbed,FT was subbed.

Doing ok here, still playing the waiting game (Anvil of Dawn), I am starting to suspect that dd might be right in regards of Crow having a bad influence for playing bad games :P

Red Alert 2 was campy as hell. I really enjoyed it but i said it was the point of splitting the Red Alert and Tiberium universes. I really would have like to see third tiberium game from Westwood which apparently should have solved the continuity inconsistencies. But EA had other plans *sigh*

Tiberian Twilight seems more like a "love or hate it" game.

A haven't played it. From the EA C&C games i only played Generals (good game but not a real C&C), Tiberium Wars (was okay) and Red Alert 3 (ubercampy ^^ but okayish).

I also like to see the Dune games from Westwood on GOG.

Good evening. =)

Not quite sure how to take that greeting. Thinking that either you just had a large meal, or that I need to keep sources of flame away from you...

Can't complain here, just very slowly working my way through Legend of Grimrock.
How's your evening going?

Doing all right here, actively trying to play games that aren't total crap at the moment. =)

Yes, it seems like my sleep pattern (such as it is) is trying to shift again. The fun part will be when I try to detox a bit from all the stimulants. Figuring it'll shift again, and by quite a bit.

I'm sorry you got injured, but glad that you were still able to have a good time. How was your partner's experience playing the violin?

I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but you're in a worse situation than being influenced by my masochism.
It's your own nostalgia that's got you locked into that one.

Well hopefully your sleeping patterns won't cause you too much trouble.

My arm will be okay, just a simple accident. It's getting quite stiff and painful, but a few days and it should start to get better, and at least I can still use it through the pain, so I can keep working. My partner was quite nervous at first, but a few words of encouragement and she slowly started to relax and did great. She is really good with the violin, and she played her piece perfectly.

ElTerprise: I'm sorry that you got injured and i read over it earlier.
Thank you. I will be okay, it just an accident. Luckily nothing was broken, so it will just take a while for the bruising and swelling to come out before it gets better. Nothing I haven't had to deal with before.
