My wife's health seems to have improved a little, and things concerning the bullying of my daughter are in motion, the after school day care people have had some hard words with the offending boys (including the announcement that - if this happens again - the police will be involved) and also contacted their parents over this.
I'm still struggling to find something to help my daughter deal better with situations like this. The problem is that she is very reluctant getting help because she doesn't want to be a rat. And, although she is pretty fast and strong, she is very reluctant to use physical means in self-defence.
I'm sorry I missed previous mentions of your daughter's troubles. Sounds pretty awful, can't imagine how she must feel, and how frustrating and worrisome this must be for your family; glad to hear that steps are taken to address the situation.
And good to hear that your wife's doing a little better too; fingers crossed she's on her way to a full and swift recovery now.

My rent got raised. I knew it when they "fixed" my bathroom, I didn't ask for it and they did a mediocre job and I was toiletless for a month.

And now to drink beer to have real problems. ^^

AgentBirdnest: Multiplayer was nothing special. Nothing like the singleplayer game at all. Just a couple of different "deathmatch" modes. I think it has shut down, anyway.
That's too bad we can't play multiplayer old games anymore... :'-|

I liked playing the Command & Conquer games online. Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2, and Renegade were my favorites... I don't think you can play any of them now... Someone -please- correct me if I am wrong! :-\

Not a nice thing calling us wimps, farm-girl, not a nice thing at all. But I have a nice day planned, so I'll let it slide this one time.;-)

Coping with my resistance to getting gifts? If you're asking if I'm resisting the itch to buy gifts for others, unfortunately I still am, as I got three bills in my mailbox that are due in the next 10-14 days.
