I'm doing OK with the pills today, still a bit sleepy but no big problem.
The weather is bizarre, 25C yesterday and 2C today. No wonder we all have colds. :/

Cold and flu definitely can be annoying, apparently. *looks all smug at being flu proof* :-)

I see your wiki page is working again. Or did you go from 0 to nearly 400 games in one night? That must have been some big sale that I missed. :-)

ddickinson: The doctor is not actually my doctor, he just works at the doctors practice that we go to. He is one of the senior doctors which seems to give him the impression he has the right to lecture people. The thing that annoys me the most is the nasty little comments about me and my partner. He words them in such a way that they can seem innocent, but he does not mean them like that, he just knows how to cover his back. I don't run in to him often, thankfully. I generally tell him what I think of his opinions, but he is like my partners family, so sure of his own opinions that he care very little for others, so it never really bothers him. He gets offended and walks away, but the next time he will start all over again. Usually I don't even let it bother me, but with everything else going on and as I'm so exhausted and drained it annoyed me more today.

Normally I don't let these things bother me, I have had a lot worse from people who seem to feel the need to share their offensive opinions with me. It's something I have had to deal with ever since me and my partner became a couple. It's not usually an issue, most people are nice, but there are always those who look for any reason to be abusive. I'm okay, feeling much better now thanks to a lovely message my partner sent me, so I have my usual smiley face back on now.

Perhaps, but I prefer usually not to complain too much about myself. I know I will be okay, so I tend to pay more attention to others and try to help them. As for cheering me up, just chatting with you all cheers me up.

I really will be fine, I'm just having a bad day, which will end as soon as I get home from work. I always feel a lot better cuddling up on the sofa with my partner on the evening. Thank you for the kind concern.

Sorry your dealing with that :/
I know how it is, it's not exactly the same but me and my girlfriend get a fair share of the judgemental rubbish too (let's just say she's a little older than me... ;) ) and usually it's fine but it can be very annoying (especially if someone does it a lot).

Well, I have some good news to share, we've just had another local regular pitch confirmed :)
Not sure it will be great, but we've traded in the area and people are positive about what we do and it's similar to the other one we just started. So business is finally looking up and hopefully once they both get established our money problems will be mostly sorted :)
Might even be able to afford to rent somewhere of our own if things go very well.
