CarrionCrow: Thinking about playing Wasteland 1. Damned direct sequels, can't play 2 until I finish that one.
Should be interesting playing a game from 1988.

I'll say that you don't actually miss much at all going straight into Wasteland 2; indeed, if you replay the first one you might be a little sad to see how the mighty Toaster Repair has fallen XD

Yeah, it's a whole lot different than newer RPG's, that's for sure.
But at the same time, that's not a bad thing. Having every game dumbed down until someone with the intellect of a microwaved iguana can beat them is
not a good thing.
Figuring there'll be a learning curve like slamming my head against a brick wall, but I'll eventually get it.
Also, I'm now officially intrigued by potential uses for toaster repair. Thank you. =)
