Hey everyone.

I see people have been having a delightful time O_o
Hope Inny is ok...

And I thought having a 12 hour day working today was bad... at least I'm not likely to be shot at.. :/

moonshineshadow: Normal. I need to do the weekly cleaning of my apartment, which is never much fun, but it has to be done :D
How are you? *hug*
I escape much of the cleaning, thankfully. My partner tends to do it while I am at work. I don't mind doing it or helping, but she ends up doing it before I get home, which is nice.

I am good this morning, thank you. *return hug*

Hello!

I hope she is okay as well.

How are you today? I hope the weather is better for you than it is me (cold and wet).

Hey.

Cold, but not wet so no complaints here (yet). Fire is roaring though so cold isn't too bad either.

Are you expecting a big turn out today? The nice roaring fire must be nice, but I guess during the summer it could be a bit too hot in the van.

gunsynd: Punch her in the head, just how long can this go on?
Forever, apparently. It's up to my father-in-law, who seems to be completely enamored of this woman. Even with things like a friend coming over at 2:30 a.m. to "drop off a book," which is probably the most thinly-disguised excuse for a drug drop that I've ever heard in my life. Not that I can prove that, but c'mon; I'm a book fanatic and I wouldn't dream of going to somebody's house in the middle of the night over a freaking book.

j0ekerr: an obnoxiously loud woman in California. Oh no, dear god what is the world coming to!
cheer up, it could be worse imagine if instead of California you were in Jersey.
Aside from being dismayed that all of my family would then be on the other side of the country, I expect I'd be just as irritable about people's lack of common courtesy. It certainly seems to be universal, as amply demonstrated by your response.

Has anyone heard from Inny since her last post? I'm a bit worried, and since I'm also strung out at the moment from more sleep deprivation than I'm used to*, it's more of a pressing concern that it might normally be. Of course, she was also shot at, which amps it up just that much more.

*I may be a natural insomniac, but being exhausted and not allowed to sleep due to the a*****e in the house makes it that much more frustrating and affecting than normal.

ddickinson: Not to be soppy, but me and my partner are still as madly in love as we have ever been. We have been through so much together and are so close, I just love every moment I am with her. She is my entire world, my guardian angel and the best thing that has ever happened to me.
I just had to say that this made me smile when I read it. It's lovely to see people so happy together, especially when they've gone through ups and downs and just made it out the other side that much stronger for it all.

Not particularly this morning, but we're out again tonight and I have high hopes for that. It's a new regular pitch we just started last week that was really good, so hopefully word will have spread a bit and more people will come.

It's not too bad, we leave the back door open if it's a hot day and stand over the other side of the van from the fire.

Thank you *big hug*. I know it was a bit too soppy, usually I try not to be like that, as it just annoys people when other go on about their relationship like that. But it's all true what I said, she is just my whole world. No matter what life decides to throw at me I will always be fine as long as she is here with me. Okay, I will stop being soppy now. :-)

Also, I am just reading through what I have missed, and I am sorry to hear that you father-in-law's roommate is still causing you so much trouble. *bog comforting hug*

I hope you have a very busy day, with lots of customers enjoying your awesome pizzas.

I don't think it was too soppy - it was honest. *smile* Of course, I have a strong romantic streak, but even so. It's sweet, and makes me feel warm inside to read, and I think it was just a lovely description.

And yesssss, the roommate. *sigh* I have so much I'd like to say to her... and never will, because I value my father-in-law too much to cause that sort of scene and distress him. I think she's actually in bed now, as she seems to have finally stopped slamming doors and talking on her phone (about books... being dropped off... at 2:30 in the morning.... rrrriiiiiiiiiiiiight)... so of course my natural insomnia has reared up and made me bleary yet unable to sleep. Hence, the forum.

Meh. Enough dwelling on her. I think I'm off to tag more games. :)

I know how you feel about keeping what you would really like to say inside for the sake of your father-in-law. My partners family are generally horrible to me, but I keep quiet (most of the time :-)) for my partner's sake.

I hope you manage to get some sleep, eventually. If not games and the forum are always fun ways to pass the time. :-)
*morning slimmy hug* DD-sama!
I found people that also likes obscure JRPGs as much as I do in my workplace!

Good morning! *return hug*

That good that you have people at work who share your liking of obscure JRPGs.

How are you today? Do you have anything nice planned for the weekend?
Gonna eat a feijoada for lunch today then I'll go to a gaming reunion today on the mall

A gaming reunion? That sounds like fun. I hope you have a very nice time.
