Things are not too good at the moment, especially as this morning we were back at the funeral directors. My brother and his family and my mother are not coping well with it all, as can be expected. Hopefully they will all be okay, but it's bound to take some time.

I am sorry to hear you are feeling melancholic, I hope it is just the weather. Fingers crossed for some nice sun that will cheer you up and make your day all happy.

ddickinson: Well it's so underhanded I shouldn't mention it. Plus I might need it in the future, who knows. It would involve doing the whole weak and vulnerable woman routine, something I would never do, but knowing you to actually be a caring and considerate gentlemen, I am sure it would work on you. But as I said, that would be way too underhanded (and something I have never, and would never, do). So you won't have to worry about that. :-)

EndreWhiteMane: One of the bosses tried a "Helpless Maiden" routine. I almost hurt myself laughing. Then she hit me. :-)

I have seen a few women do it, and it's not something I like. Definitely not for me, but I guess we are all different. It's almost as annoying as guys who try to pull the vulnerable man card to get their own way - their own way usually being to get the girl.

How are you feeling now? Are you feeling a little better than earlier, or just about the same?

ddickinson: I am keen to see if the Adder is still around, but they don't tend to be around often, so chances are I will not see it again.
