moonshineshadow: Yep I am looking forward to the weekend. Nothing really planned besides apartment cleaning and then relaxing :-) How about you? Any plans for the weekend?
Nothing special. I am working Saturday like normal and will probably have a nice night on Saturday and a good sleep in on Sunday. Then for Sunday I will spend it with my partner and enjoy a nice and restful day. Maybe go ice skating, as I have not done that for a while, then just relax at home.

I mean this with all the love in the world....

fuck you
I just found out through a facebook link about Sir Terry Pratchett's death.

I am sad. Never again will a new book with the wonderfully funny streets yet sobering with razor sharp wit and spot on satire of Ankh- Morpork grace our bookshelves again.

His books were not only a delight to read with wonderfully crafted prose every bit as magnificient as any metal work wrought by dwarven master artisans in the deep of the mountains. But also contained satire and criticism, presented in such a way as to be funny. And yet, they made you think, stop and ponder about what he was saying. Specially the later works centered on Ankh Morpork and dealing with its industrialisation. Even if he came accross as rather in a few of his stories, sometimes [url=http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SomeAnvilsNeedToBeDropped]anvils NEEDS to be dropped.

So long and thanks for all the food for thought.

ddickinson: Good morning, everyone! *hugs and waves*

Spring must finally be coming as I had a lovely Adder in my garden this morning. They are the only deadly venomous snake in the UK and are quite rare to see this time of year.

Adder fact: They are one of the few reptiles who don't lay eggs, they give birth to little tiny baby snakes.
Morning, DD !!!
** Good morning Hug !!**
HAAA !!! Ô__Ô Good grief. How can you put the picture of random venomous snake besides the word "lovely"... lol. And you have some in your garden ô__ô ... be careful not to step on it... !!! ... >__< **shrudder**
How are you ??

ddickinson: I am glad your morning is going okay and that you had a good sleep. I ended up with about two hours sleep, but I blame Owl for that as she kept me up talking. :-)

Are you looking forward to having a relaxing weekend?
What ??? Ô__Ô .... Only 2 hours sleep... Gosh.
(And it's all my fault... Aaaw. How cruel I can be...)
I'd come and help you at the farm if I could... to make up for it !!
To Terry Pratchett...Our Godfather..

Prost

Good morning, Owl! *big return hug*

I like snakes, just as long as they don't bite me :-). I am used to seeing adders, so they don't bother me. It's easy to spot them in my garden, but out in the fields we sometimes find a few hidden away, luckily so far I have never been bitten, as they are generally passive animals and more interested in small mammals. The males wrestle each other and that can be quite interesting to watch.

I am good, thank you. I got back from the funeral directors a little earlier (we had an early appointment), and now I am just doing some paperwork and some other stuff. And in between I am on the forum and sorting my wishlist a little at the time.

How is your day? Are you feeling better now you have had some coffee?

I was only joking about it being your fault. I have not been getting enough sleep for a while now. Mainly due to all the stuff I have had to deal with since Christmas. My brain just needs a little time to rest and restart and I will be fine.

But I hear you also did not get much sleep. So have a big wake up hug. *wake up hug*

I'm back from the infinite abyss known as "ISP downtime"... I hope it doesn't go down again...

Good day everyone!
