Just wanted to add something to the discussion about not having kids.
I respect that decision, and am NOT criticizing anyone for it, but....
You don't know real love until you have a child. Having a kid completely blows your mind in the sense that you THOUGHT you knew what love was, because you loved your parents, and you loved your siblings (mostly) and you loved your spouse..... but...
You don't really know the depth of the emotion until you have a child. And it's a wonderful thing, and there aren't enough words in all the languages in the universe to express what it feels like when your child smiles at you and calls you "Dada" (or "Mama") that first time.
