Hey!

Nothing else, I just wanted to say that.

No seriously.
Today since we had two releases, are we going to have a regular Thursday release? No big deal, I just may not drag my ass out of bed tomorrow if there's nothing to check on. :D

Hey there. =)

I think I read that the second book of Dreamfall Chapters is supposed to be here tomorrow. Was due today, but the developer delayed it by a couple days for some reason.

budejovice: I actually just asked about it over Wednesday evening pizza. "I might extend it." That'll work! :)

This had me hankering for a game set in the South. :)

Or maybe a Mississippi cafe: http://www.cottonalleycafe.com/

CarrionCrow: Yeah...you've kinda been working your ass off. An extension would be nice.

Oh no...no Southern-based games here.
I'm referring to this.
Walls of bullets, jumping over a few dozen blades, dodging flying monsters while your platforms fall apart, rising levels of lethal Pepto Bismol and son of bitching shrapnel demons that chase you and explode into fragments when they touch anything at the moment. -laughs-
Yeah, I googled it, which is how I came up with that link. I don't think I've been in Natchez since elementary school. :)

SMB. SMH. :)

Well, you've been to Natchez one more time in your life than I have. Didn't even know that was a place until I read the link.

Yeah...it's weird when you think to yourself that maybe you should try Dark Souls because it might be easier. -laughs-

budejovice: On the nose. :) Just getting it processed after printing took me 4 hours. The accounting time behind it is way big. Usually a 5-digit bill, though on the very low side of that.

Now we're down to one huge, troubling (for me) return due by Monday. They just file in 10 states. :)
For that kind of money, they could have just bought the whole GOG catalogue and have some fun. ;-)
FInished a SRW2 session. Quite a hard game.
ANyway, gotta hit the bed and catch some Zs. *nighty night hugs*

To be honest, even us hardcore goggers would have much more fun with their firm's 2014 Gross Profit than we would with the entire GOG catalog. ;)

EDIT: And for clarity's sake, they're actually in a nearby municipality with a different zip code. I do take confidentiality relatively seriously, at least regarding our clients. :)

EBToriginal: Monogatari is story not saga in this case. So says the original author (or at least his publishing company).

I had a whole joke that just came to mind to play off of that, but in this day and age, we'd all end up on a watchlist somewhere if I said it...
Crap.

There's a thought, though. What if someone from the NSA is monitoring the GOG forums and ended up with a shitload of games? What kinds of games does someone who has cyberspy as a day job have?

Good to know that people aren't being broadly profiled, if that's the case. ;)

I don't think I'm on one, since I cut my beard off a while back.
Well, that and I only threaten to kill fictional video game characters. Not really a big security risk.

Had some guy say I was a terrorist because I made him cry in a chatroom, and that one of their relatives was a senator, but that was years ago.

State senator, no doubt.

I was recently called a bully for calling someone a terrorist because they openly advocate riding bicycles on sidewalks in the Seattle downtown core. Maybe we were both right on that one. :)
