tinyE: How the hell do you go -11 in less than an hour!?
Either there's a major rep system glitch with your account, or some fucknuts are mass lowering it manually for laughs.

Sincerely hoping that GOG comes up with a better system whenever they get around to gutting the forum and fixing the problems.
I suddenly got the urge to start Digital Devil Saga over.

The best rep system is no rep system.

Which one? From what I remember offhand, there are over a dozen different games related to that series somehow. -laughs-

Additional - I think I'm having one of those hateful moment of clarity things.
Looking through my library and thinking, "How in the hell did I end up with so many games? It's going to take years to finish all of them. I don't even know where to start...
And why in the hell am I still buying more!?!?!" -shakes head-

Stupid rationality, trying to ruin my fun.

DDS is one of the MegaTen spin offs.

This poster has got the goods. But if you need the Japanese title it's Avatar Tuners.

I'm used to people using Digital Devil Saga as a substitution for Shin Megami Tensei. Makes the whole thing even more confusing.

Speaking of...still need to play the first two for SNES at some point.
Still on the hunt for Strange Journey. One of the only MegaTen games that I haven't played along with SMTIV.

DDS is also the name of the books and the NES games.

Well, on U.S. version sites, I see it for 32 at Amazon, and 20 at Ebay.

CarrionCrow: It'll fade off eventually. Haven't done this in quite a while, so I'm not sure on the timeframe.
Thank you, though. I appreciate that. =)

No gum or patches, they don't work with me. Also, if I tried to endlessly chew the gum like I would smoke, there's a fair chance I could actually kill myself from nicotine poisoning. (According to the booklet that comes with the gum, anyway.)

You're right, as long as there are enough positives to enjoy it, that's good enough.
Have to say, I really do like the tag team of duck mask wearers. One has a chainsaw, the other has a gun.
Double machine gun bear is nice and all, but you really have to be careful with ammuniition. Those run dry very, very quickly.
I wish you luck with kicking the habit, hopefully you will be able to beat it this time. Maybe you should set yourself a good incentive to stop. How about for every time you falter and give in to the addiction, you have to play Soulstorm from start to finish. :-)

I have the first Hotline Miami game on my shelf, but have not even downloaded it. I got it as a mutator game but it is not really my kind of game. I might give it a try someday, who knows, I might enjoy it. But for now it's the bottom of the pile.
Brand new or used?

Monogatari is story not saga in this case. So says the original author (or at least his publishing company).

ddickinson: Well as I said to some of the others, if you prefer, we can just save this list until a big sale is on, then get you them. I know some people don't like getting gifts at full price, but during a sale we could get you them discounted and you would not have to feel bad. This would also save you from more ninja gifting at the moment, meaning you would only have to be fearful during big sales. :-)
Now why would I be fearful of ninja gifting? It is great :-)
I used to be uncomfortable with receiving gifts, but I have warmed up to it recently. If people enjoy gifting half as much as I do, I'll happily let them do it. It is a win-win situation.

No way. That game is 175 hours, 9 playthroughs dead. I'm not resurrecting that corpse for anything. -laughs-

Yeah, those Mutators were hit and miss. I ended up with Rex Nubular (or however it's spelled, can't be bothered to look). Not exactly a game I would have chosen myself.

But I need to be wary of shipping costs. Gonna try to buy it at the end of the year because the prices tend to drop around said time.
