moonshineshadow: Remember when you asked me what happened in these last days? I forgot to tell you about how Endre talked about going to work in his bikini :D
Interesting. Do you think he means a proper bikini, or one of those thong mankinis? :-)

I am not sure. And I am not sure if someone else asked. I did not want to know :D
It might have been mankini, but my brain was not working correctly so I am not sure if I remember it right :P

ddickinson: Thank you. *big return hug*

How are you? How are you feeling? Is your cough all better now?
Funny you should ask... it's been lingering, as coughs always due with me due to my health history, but last night it started acting up again. :( I'm hoping that it's more my allergies at this point, since I'm in a new area and it's been spring here for at least four weeks already due to the local climate. Once I dig my allergy pills out from hiding (or buy new ones later today), we'll see if that helps. *crosses fingers*

For now, I'm exhausted due to not being able to sleep last night. And nothing to do with the sale! I was up until almost 7:00 a.m. - it's currently 10:40 a.m. - and had to be awake for a scheduled telephone appointment at 9:30 a.m., so woke up at 9:00. And of course, said telephone call did not actually happen, because apparently the individual who was supposed to call decided to... flake off, or something, instead. >.< Now I'm tired as heck but too awake to sleep. *sigh* Definitely too tired to concentrate on Shadowgate, which I finally started last night, or indeed much else. I'm contemplating letting the t.v. lull me to sleep, although I suspect the roommate, with his usual excellent timing, will decide that's the time he wants to run the errand I agreed to help him with at some point today. So. Yeah. *laughs* Less annoyed now due to being tired, but yeesh. Even when I make my own work schedule, Mondays find a way to suck.
when life attacks your sleep time, nap attack back ;)

Sorry to hear all that. I hope it is just allergies and nothing more serious.

I know how you feel being tired and yet not able to sleep. I've not been sleeping properly for weeks, and despite the fact I'm so tired somedays, I just can't get to sleep.

*big get well soon hug*

Thank you! And I know how stress affects me - it really amps up the insomnia, among other things. I can only imagine how you're feeling at the moment. :( It's taken me a long time to be any sort of optimist, as cynical as I am, but life keeps proving (to me, anyway - I'll not over-generalize :) that things do get better, and I really really hope they're starting to improve for you. *returns big hug*

Well with all the crap that life has thrown at me since Christmas, I really hope it will get better. Hopefully things will start getting better for you as well, sooner rather than later.
Okay, back. Yay for errands, and sunlight, and fresh air, and all that other crap.

A request for you, when you have the energy and inclination to do so - If you can keep your GOGwiki updated and decide what strikes you as high priority on your list, then let me know, that would be hugely appreciated.
Thank you. =)

Well, I don't really do those in general, but more than a few people here do, so you should be covered regardless. =)

But fresh air is great. I am cooped up indoors for the day, and for most of the next few weeks, just while my mum is recovering to a level where she can be left on her own. We have had to put a few things on hold on the farm while she recovers and while my brother takes some time off to be with his family. But at least I will have some time for games now. :-)

As to your request: what about those of us with no Wiki page? :-)

Of course, who doesn't like hugs (except for those man boys in here :-)).

I'm used to being inside. Would much rather you be able to enjoy the air, and for your family to not be suffering.
But that's the way shit goes sometimes, fucked up as it is.

In regards to that, it would be up to your level of willingness to disclose information.
If you wish to provide a list privately, it would be kept by me and not shared. But of course, that's entirely up to you.
I won't pressure you to divulge anything you don't wish to.

I was only joking about the list. Someday I might get a wiki sorted. But to be honest, as I have said before, I own most of the games that really appeal to me. The only ones left are those that are only of a small interest to me, ones that I am curious to try, but I might not like, and I would hate for someone to spend their money on me on a game I might not be able to enjoy.

There's always a risk involved that something you think will be good turns out to be something bad.
My list contains more than a few strictly curiosity items.
Wouldn't worry about the financial side of it. If the person wasn't willing, they wouldn't waste your time bringing it up. ;)
