You sure it was a gift and not something for yourself? If it was for you, you could just compare your recently bought games to Sinistars list of regional priced games.

Maybe GOG started paying you for giving out so many gifts?

I don't tend to buy regional priced games for myself, it's not something I am keen to support. But if it's a game someone really wanted then I will sometimes get it for them. It's not important, I will check my emails later to find out, I am just curious, as I can't remember doing it. I definitely need to catch up with my sleep one day.

Another question: If I buy the entire Drod series as a gift will I get one code or 4?
If it's one code will people be able to 'split it' between themselves and friends?

You will get one code. But if you give them to trusted people everyone can just select one of the games to redeem and leave the others still on the code to redeem for others :-)

So what games did you all pick up from the insomnia promo? There were some interesting games that appeared, some that I might have picked up, but then probably not, I would have just used the money to gift more games instead. :-)

Will post my wishlist now. Wish me luck and hope the dbags don't overreact.

I started with only one game. And one I got as backup copy to cover for grargar if needed. And that was it.

And then I don't know how this exactly happened, Crow analyzed my wishlist and what was on sale. And this then turned into wiping out all these items (with some really generous help from members here) :D

But I also got to gift some nice games to people here *yeah* So the sale was really fun.

Just wanted to come in and say I'm watching "Freaks of the Ocean" on Nat Geo, and it is the COOLEST SHOW EVER! :D

I could watch weird looking fish attack each other all day. :D

Remember that if they do overreact to try to not let it get to you. If it does, then just remove your list and hopefully they will stop overreacting.


Trust me to miss Insomnia. That's one of my favourite parts about big sales, ninja gifting people. But at least people in this thread were gifting each other, which is always nice.
