It's true, you can play it perfectly fine with the mouse.

But you cannot lean onto the mouse and make "piung piung!" noises as you can with a joystick.
That is very generous. No I kept myself from getting it, because I'd already overextended my budget.

Sandbags are something we know well around here after 2008. Fortunately the rivers are low and it's just melt with no rain.
You can bet we'll have bags ready the moment the rivers start showing the slightest rise. :-/
