Actually they don't make that much, they are forced to work 300 days a year, and they have no guarantees. If one of those guys gets seriously injured, the owner has the right to terminate their contract immediately, no pension, no medical.

Yeah. Impulsively bought Driftmoon, and picked up long-time wishlisters Theme Park and Lumino City (I've been looking forward to the latter ever since I first played Lume a few years ago. I'll try it out later today.)

Although having said that, I went to see my doc this morning (at ten to eight AM!) and she is what I can only refer to as an utter delight. Gives you plenty of time, understandable explanations and she hasn't managed to kill me yet, which is a bonus. I think I'm in love...

Trying to get her to stop playing them is like a two-hundred year old asthmatic trying to extinguish the sun in a single puff from his/her recliner.

She's currently grafted to a game called ArcheAge, an MMO that actually looks pretty good. She's got friends there and spends most of her life attacking things, dropping a dead cow on things, zapping things and generally having a ball.

So yes, she rather likes them ;-)
