EndreWhiteMane: So far I've had 1 surgery and tried 6 different meds in various combinations. I have something called Atrial Fibrillation where the top and bottom of the heart don't work together to pump blood.
It's not really dangerous but causes extreme fatigue and, if it gets bad enough, will cause you to get light headed and even pass out. It's been a stubborn bugger to sort out. :/

ddickinson: *big comforting hug*

I can see how that would be a challenge, even if it's not really dangerous, the extreme fatigue sounds horrible. I hope this batch of medication finally offers some relief.

Have another big hug. *BIG hug*
Thanks, I needed that. * big hug back *

Remember, I'm old and a bit brittle. :-)

Another subject: I wonder why on earth GOG has not felt the need to comment on the state of Caribbean!?
You would expect them to at least try to assure buyers it is worth spending the money and that updates WILL be forthcoming.
Good Morning All:-)

You remember the old saying: "You're only as young as the woman you feel." :-)

GOG has a habit now of not commenting these days. If they come out and say the game is not finished and who knows when it will be, the who would buy it? Personally, judging by the list Ragnar posted of the things they left out and that are not finished, I am willing to bet that the game is never patched to completion. It won't be financially viable for the company, as by the time they get around to it, the fan base will have died, so it will just get abandoned. Annoying many customers. GOG really shouldn't let them sell the game, but I guess they don't want the developer to pull all their games from GOG.

Also, did you notice that the Bestsellers section on the front page is now called Popular? This makes it a lot easier for them to manipulate the list for their own gains. Just like they did with the reviews on the new pormo page layout.

I didn't notice the 'popular' till you mentioned it.
I suppose the publisher could get upset and pull the eador games but hell MotBW isn't doing well anyway.
Very strange this game was allowed past their testing phase in this shape.

I can understand GOG allowing it, from a business point of view. They would hate to lose a developer, especially if it was on bad terms, as this could effect deals with other developers.

It's a bit like a certain pigeon dating game. I think they allowed that on becasue of who the developer/publisher is, as they have apparently turned down many other dating games.

I get the shivers just seeing that, our losses in 2008 exceeded 1 billion dollars. Horrible thing, feel very bad for those people.

hi, Gunny!

I would expect so. I mean if you owned that team would you have been happy about their performance? It's one thing to be beat like the other two matches, which were closely scored, but to get beat by a new record score while doing nothing in return, that's not really acceptable for a professional team.
