Both sides of the controversy are batshit insane if you ask me. While I support GG,I tend to keep my distance and remain neutral.
There's some points on the movement that I agree like making gaming sites change their code of ethics but most of the time,I keep myself on the sidelines.

Ragnarblackmane: Rare POC in Bohemia are still POC in Bohemia though ;) I think that enough history has been whitewashed that some revision is healthy and natural.

Well it's not her who's "batshit" as much as these idiot GG trolls who think that they're somehow doing good. Oye, disappointed I am.

ddickinson: We definitely missed you, Endre tends to get a bit too carried away when you are not here, it must be your mothering instinct that keeps him in check. He has since released his nurses and is now collecting cheerleaders. :-)
So. He does drugs, and tries to pick up cheerleaders ?! Ô__Ô

EndreWhiteMane: The proper term is "Far Out Man!". ;-)
What the h*ll are these pills you take ?!? Ô__Ô

Any or all of the following: MDMA, 4ac0-DMD, LSD, 2c-b, 5-MeO-pet, phenazopam

EndreWhiteMane: It says "No loud belching at the dinner table", how is one supposed to show that they enjoyed a meal with silly rules like that? Seems rather barbaric to me. ;)
avatar
ddickinson: You could try a polite "That meal was wonderful, thank you. I really enjoyed it. My compliments to the chef. :-)
Hmm, never thought of that. Does that actually work?

(I'm going to get sued for defaming an entire country if I keep this up) :-)

Little Owl I'm just kidding! the only effect they've had is to make me a little dizzy. :-)
They are pills to slow and regulate my heart beat. ;)

I would think it would work better than belching loudly at the table. :-)

So it was either:

1. Give up the young ladies who are getting you way too excited.
2. Take some pill and keep the ladies.

I think you chose the more interesting option. :-)

I think keeping the nurses would have been wise though. I think if I keeled over these girls would just poke me with a stick and wonder who was going to pay for their hairspray now. :/

Unless you recruit them from a medical college, they could all be nurses in training, perfect for when you need some medical assistance. :-)

With guest author, Endre, Americans #1 Dirty Old Gentleman. :-)

Edit: So does this mean the new pills are okay, or could it take a few days for any nasty side effects to show themselves?

I like it. :)

Wonder where Crow went, been a long time since he was on.

Edit: Main trouble with some pills is either fatigue or stomach trouble.
So far the stomach is OK, the fatigue takes a while to show up. Fingers crossed.
Have to get another ekg on Thursday, if it's OK the doc will up the strength of the pills, right now I'm trying 1/2 dose.

Hopefully he is off getting some sleep and dreaming of some wonderful games, not all those terrible games he keeps playing.

Well I hope everything goes well with the new medication. It's a good idea to try a smaller dose to begin with, hopefully you will not have any serious side effects. I know my mother's medication took a day or so to show the nasty side effects, then we had to get her some new medication and she seems to be doing okay on those.

So far I've had 1 surgery and tried 6 different meds in various combinations. I have something called Atrial Fibrillation where the top and bottom of the heart don't work together to pump blood.
It's not really dangerous but causes extreme fatigue and, if it gets bad enough, will cause you to get light headed and even pass out. It's been a stubborn bugger to sort out. :/

*big comforting hug*

I can see how that would be a challenge, even if it's not really dangerous, the extreme fatigue sounds horrible. I hope this batch of medication finally offers some relief.

Have another big hug. *BIG hug*
