ddickinson: I'm glad things are going good where you are. How are you feeling today? I hope you are feeling a little better? If not, what can we do to help?
Feeling good. Significantly better than yesterday. Thanks :-)

Well that is good to hear. I'm sure it cheers us all up to know a fellow thread member is doing well. *big hug*

ddickinson: As someone else in that thread said, the requirements also don't mention a monitor or speakers. Some things are considered standard in computer gaming. As far as I know, gaming on a tablet is classed as mobile gaming, not PC/computer gaming. I do often wonder how old the people are who make such threads, not that that really matters, of course.

I still find it strange he waited two months for all this. But who knows with people on here.

Edit: A blue just posted and it looks like it was the guys own fault.

You know what, that is one of the moments where I really would like to punch that guy. Making all this drama and in the end the problem was mostly because he did not answer the support... for real now. Some people are so *loss of words*
I want a refund for Heroes of Might and Magic 3, but GOG won't give me one.
NOWHERE on the game page does it say I need to be intelligent to play the game!
I will never buy anything here again and I'm telling all my friends not too!

Generally speaking, whenever someone makes a thread like that it is usually becasue they didn't reply back or did not do as GOG suggested. But good on you for trying to help, even if he didn't appreciate it. Try not to let those few bad eggs spoilt your helpful nature. I am sure most are very grateful for it.

*thank you for being your wonderful helpful self hug*

Let me guess, it's not about the $1.99 you paid for it, it's about the principle. :-)

Good morning, Endre!

Did you sleep well?

And that is why I try to avoid such things. The anger and frustration aren't worth it.

I just had a thought.

GOG should put little blue bars on the side for each title indicating "You must be THIS intelligent to play the game".
That would be fantastic.

Good idea, they 'difficulty level' listed on models and puzzles, why not games? :-)

Nah that would not help since many people assume that they are smarter than they really are :D

Not sure, but I would absolutely love to see someone complaining about how the difficulty meter was wrong, making them think they were smart enough to play through a certain game when in actuality they were too stupid to get through so much as the tutorial without suffering headaches and nosebleeds. =)

I can see the thread title now "i r not smart GOG lid to me i want refund".
