j0ekerr: Basically I feel like I'm being swindled.
Sounds aboot right. I agree totally - digital books ought to be cheaper than physical ones. And I think the same should go for movies and games as well. Why should games be $60 both on the shelf
and in a digital store? I dunno what the cost of printing discs and boxes is, but it should be subtracted from the digital copy's cost. In a perfect world, of course :-p
akhliber: Oh, Agent, I haven't tried Prison Architect so I can't comment on that, but as you mentioned even a passing interest in Guild of Dungeoneering, I figured I'd tell you my thoughts on it... didn't hold my interest long on PC, as it just seemed too simple. Very cute art, always thought it would have made a better tablet game. But they *did* just release an Android version on the Google Play Store, and I believe it comes with all the extras / dlc and such for just the base price (which is cheaper on Android.) So if you have a tablet, I'd recommend the game highly, as it's quickly become one of my favorite tablet games to play when I'm sitting out back letting Sarge run around.
*big hugs all around*
The simple fact that it costs nearly 4x as much here as on a tablet is already a bit of a turn off for me :-\ ... I don't understand why there is such a huge price difference. It's the same game on PC and mobile, isn't it? If they are going to sell it for only $4 on tablets, they ought to mark down the price of the PC version.

Anyway, good morning, Akh :-) I hope your weekend was nice as well, and that August will treat you well! *big hug*
