NoNewTaleToTell: [...] Anyway, I hope you're all having a good day, or at least one on the upper end of mediocre :)
You should try Knock Knock. An entire game with zero sentences of explanation ;-) Very rage-inducing.

Same to you, Mr TaleToTell. I hope your weekend is going well :-)
*hugs everyone*

Enjoying Hong Kong?
Hope you are having fun :)

Here it's Nova-111 (thanks to Akh) and Dragon Age Origins later on... Oh yes, gotta test drive Viscera Cleanup Detail, got it installed already... but not while I'm eating :P
Errrrmmm... Thanks :-} (*feeds banana-coffee to my fat cat while Sup isn't looking* :-p)

I haven't started Hong Kong yet. I was planning to do that today. :-D I really enjoyed the first two games though, so I'm sure I'll love this one as well.

Viscera Cleanup Detail sounds like a really funny and unique concept. :-) I'd be interested to know if it is as fun as it looks.

EndreWhiteMane: Morning all, glad to see you all doing OK today.
Getting ready for my last day of work for a while and very glad. ;-)
*hugs, waves, coffee tea or cranberry juice*
Congrats! :-D Well, I guess I'll congrat you later once the day is done ;-)
I hope the last day treats you well! Take care of yourself, Mr WhiteMane. *big good luck hug* :-)

Good morning everyone! *looks at watch: 15:04*

...erm...

To my defense I must mention my rampant bouts of insomnia last week and D&D carrying on into the early hours :/

anyway, my brother commissioned me to try and write a few short manageable pieces for his Baglama (thingy?) so that's what I did after D&D finished ... what?

And we decided we should turn every session we have played in this campaign into a little text file for future generations. the DM gets to do it of course, happy me...
Good afternoon, everyone!

*happy Saturday hugs*

It's fun, it can just be frustrating. It's quite hard to get a map 100% complete (I think you get a "demotion" otherwise), but you start getting used to it after the first 3-4 plays.
I'd advise you play with at least one other person since it can be overwhelming by yourself. Each map typically takes upwards of 2 hours to clean.

It seems like a fun game. Was surprised how much... organic matter there is... Not even sure what there is to do yet... I tried cleaning the place up but ended up leaving bloody footprints and more red stains than there was in the beginning :)
Just came back from the spa and to a birthdaaäy party! :D drunk people everywhere!!!!! :D

As far as I can tell, even if you clean EVERYTHING, you still can't "win" unless you stack the barrels and crates in their appropriate locations, marked by yellow boxes painted on the ground.
I wish they'd included a tutorial (unless there was one and I missed it), but c'est la vie.
*hugs* I really enjoy Viscera Cleanup Detail! It's unique, cool gameplay, and I like the little bit of background story as well.

JDelekto: You're not playing in VR are you?
Nope, that'd probably make it a thousand times worse :P

...or maybe it'd make it better? I don't know...

OH BOY!...yeah I'll probably avoid that one. Probably...

Anyway, hey Fred the Thread, what's banging?
Mornings...
Aaand our moped died again :) I don't know if I'd rather cry or laugh... but I'm getting to be kinda emotionless about him - the name is Oliver.

Oliver! Please! You can't die!

Going to push it to my dad's place, again. When I feel like it.

But on the plus side, I've managed to progress in Dragon Age, save reads 37 hours, and my completion is up to... 15% :D

I'm mostly an RPGer & while my progression in DA:O was alright it didn't really hook me.
I found it kinda tedious & slow; DA:I is much much better.

DA:O didn't even get a spot on my HDD this time around even though I'm not done it yet.

I understand that about DA:O quite well, I think: There are so many things that could have been done better.
I feel like it could have been the publisher's fault (not sure, just a hunch) - like as if they cut out lot of the original stuff (the irony of Origins not having original stuff) ... like the personalities of npc and pc characters could have been more ... quirky, funny, odd - anything that stands out from the "I have my duty, I must do it, please don't upset me. I am made of wood and stone," - crowd :)

But there is still some interesting stuff going on, interesting people. Hopefully there are still more to be met.
