Can't complain too much here, how've you been doing?

*hug* Yeah, the heat is starting to get a bit much. It should be cooler over the weekend, though (or at least that's the prediction for the Netherlands). Good to hear you finally have your holiday. :)

Still exhausted. I'm getting some blood tests tomorrow to see if I have an iron deficiency or something like that. But it's also quite possible I just pushed myself too hard over the past few months.

Yes, it has. Within a few days, it's supposed to be climbing up to 40C. So it should be a lovely slow broil for a week or two.

I'm glad to hear you're okay for the most part. Will be hoping that the blood test comes out clean, that you've just been running yourself into the ground and need more time to heal up fully.

I hope this will be true for us here too - we might get yet another thunderstorm later (also the tornado warning is still active)

Oh...hopefully it's nothing serious. Iron deficiency might be an option though.

What do you usually call the junkie normally accompanied with a brik of wine whom when he sees your car slowing down, gesticulates wildly at you in a pathetic attempt to communicate that there's a parking space free, which you had already seen? Then runs all the way towards your car and extends out his outstretched dirty paw.

And of course you feel obligated to pay him in case your car has an unwanted memento from him when you come back later.
