Good afternoon, ElT of the Hamburgians!
I have had better days, but nothing I need to complain about. How are you today?

GhostwriterDoF: The gameplay is easy to learn if you aren't familiar with the type of action...
There is a lot of voice acting and very little dialog reading if I remember correctly.
It's been years since I played the game, but I liked it so much, I played through it at least
two more times after my first playthrough. It's one of the few games I used a mage as my
main character. The DLCs were shorter campaigns than the main game but were harder
gameplay.
DA Origins was one of the most memorable gaming experiences I have played... :D
I am not familiar, which is why I was wondering about the gameplay. I am still quite undecided about the game, I hear so many good things, but at the same time I am not quite sure since I have so many unplayed RPGs already. But thank you for answering my questions, you have definitely made the game seem more appealing. There is a lot of voice acting and very little dialog reading if I remember correctly.

CarrionCrow: Yes, you do. That does help the slog initially. But I'm going to have everything fully upgraded soon, so XP isn't going to matter anymore.
-laughs- Busywork is what so many open-world games depend on...
Well that makes it way less interesting to pursue then :) -laughs- Busywork is what so many open-world games depend on...
Which is not necessarily a bad thing but it's usually overdone...

Hey *big friday return hug* I have had better days, but nothing I need to complain about. How are you today?

Sorry to hear that - hope that the better will return asap :)
I'm mostly good - aside from some annoyances but nothing really serious...

Glad to help, and it is a game worth getting, even if it sits for a year on your shelf.
The interaction between the NPC of your party is entertaining, plays different depending on your main
character and who you take with you through the campaign. Choices play a roll too.
Visually it is one of the best games to play through as well. :)

ElTerprise: Well that's pretty understandable - guess you're having a really lovely jet lag - hope that it'll go away soon :)
Lectures are over but i have an exam next week :)
Yeah, and it may also be due to drinking beer almost every day during my travels, and just giving up on that yesterday ;) Lectures are over but i have an exam next week :)
Ah okay, so no school but studying... Doesn't sound too bad...

Do you have anything nice planned for the weekend?

I figure I will let it live on my wishlist for a while perhaps, partly as I still have so many RPGs to still play, but also due to my non-buying/gifting ban. But one day I might get it if I can get some more RPGs played. The interaction between the NPC of your party is entertaining, plays different depending on your main

Afternoon.
Look who's back once more! This weekend promo is like an old friend by now.
I completed Mafia II yesterday. A game I had for a long time in my console backlog.
It's a solid game, an entertaining game. But it's also an extremely average game. It's just another GTA clone. A well made one, and quite atmospheric. But it has nothing truly memorable to it.II also felt railroaded into the plot. But that was ok, because the story was quite interesting.

Fighting the Bell Gargoyles in multiplayer with two more people feels a lot like the first day of a (non-digital) sale.
You rush in and try to get one or two hits before the other guys kill it.

AgentBirdnest: Same as usual here. I've got a doc appointment in a few hours, which I'm hoping will be something good for me.
Congrats on the lone-pool mission!! :-D *big proud hug* How was it?
I hope your doc appointment is going well !! Congrats on the lone-pool mission!! :-D *big proud hug* How was it?
And thanks :-)
It was nice, despite some excited, noisy and rude young people :) I like this pool too !
CarrionCrow: Hey there, Owl lady. =)
I read about what happened...
Fucking people. -shakes head-
Aside from that, I hope you're doing well today.
Yes... as you said. The saddest part might be that people get 'used' to it... all this incomprehensible violence. When we had the Charlie Hebdo (the satirical newspaper) attack, we were shocked for days... weeks... then the 13th november attacks... people talked about it for a couple days. And now, this... in Nice... I have the impression that they already skipped to something else.... maybe it's just an impression, but, well. That's horrible... :-( all those poor people... pffft. I read about what happened...
Fucking people. -shakes head-
Aside from that, I hope you're doing well today.
Aside from that, yes, we are doing well....... and you ?

Good evening, Soup ! afternoons... sorry to hear about what happened.

Yes, i also wonder why they can't do anything against it, with all the armies, technologies and stuff... :-| i'm not a specialist, but, well, we look like the losers in this story...
Thank you very much Zenwan... I wish there were only zen people on earth !...
**big peaceful hug back**
How are you doing ??

There is always hope, it rests in the hearts of the People,
and is carried by action when the necessity arises...
Yes... you may be right... but people change, too... there are those who keep faith and hope, and still care and want to help each other... and there are the others, who become scared, and angry, and racist, etc... :-\ There is always hope, it rests in the hearts of the People,
and is carried by action when the necessity arises...

I am glad to hear you are well. I hope you can manage to enjoy your time off, despite all that is going on. You just keep being your lovely self and do what you planned to do. Don't let those animals stop you living your life, that is what they want. So you just enjoy your time off and try to have fun. *big comforting hug* I'm doing well, thanks !

I am doing okay, thank you. Just enjoying some popcorn and watching the lovely sunset while doing some reading and chatting on here. I have a few more days to myself and some jobs around the home to keep me occupied, so the weekend should still be nice.
