Just a little "Good morning, Fred" before I get started with the day. By which I most likely mean "before I sit here and drool until coffee starts working."
I hope you are all doing well, or as well as possible.
*big hugs*
NoNewTaleToTell: I'll probably drive around in Saints Row or Sleeping Dogs while listening to the Marissa Nadler albums I picked up the other night, then off to sleep.
I just picked up Marissa Nadler's "Strangers" LP and I really love it. But I'm pretty sure I broke the tip of the stylus on my turntable last night (Immediately after unboxing an Eluvium box set I'm desperate to listen to,) so I'll likely spend much of today trying to play turntable doctor. I'm hoping it's just an anti-skating issue and that re-balancing the tonearm and such will help, but I have my doubts that's the case. At least the Marissa Nadler came with a digital download. I don't recall the name of the album, but I adore Nadler's cover of Leonard Cohen's "Famous Blue Raincoat." :)
