ddickinson: I am very sorry to hear that, so much going wrong when you were looking forward to it. Did the kids manage to have some fun despite the problems? And please do not feel terrible, you did all you could, it is not like you wanted all that to happen, you wanted and tried to give them a wonderful time, so you should not blame yourself. These things happen, sadly. But don't let it put you off trying again or doing similar things if it would make you happy.

Thanks. *hugs back* I think the younger kids enjoyed it fine, there was another wii where they could just play the game. It was the older ones who were really into it that I think got frustrated. I'm trying to think of it as a learning experience for next time, but it really put me off. Thanks for your kind words. :)

I can imagine it would dishearten you. But as you said, use it as a learning experience. Next time if things do go wrong you will be better equipped to deal with things. But hopefully next time it will be much better and everyone can enjoy it, yourself included.

(I spelled "successfully" right on my first try \o/)

It is okay, I only pretended to kick you, I could never kick a lovely Fredonian. :-)
The game does look nice, and I see they are making another one, although I don't know if that is Uplay only.

I'm guessing the second game will use UPlay, since it is being developed by Ubisoft instead of a third party developer (the lovely Obsidian made the first game.)
