Hey there, everyone who's popped up in the last little bit.

Hope you're all doing at least okay today. =)

Good morning, Crow!

I am doing good today. But why are you not tucked up in bed fast asleep and dreaming of more sales and terrible games? :-)

Ended up falling asleep early yesterday. So now I get to be up all night.

Fortunately, I'm not doing bad game stuff at the moment. Playing a few I'm actually enjoying for once. ;)

And GOG ate my reply. *kicks the GOG forum*

I am glad that you at least got some sleep, but hopefully you can adjust it so that you can sleep during the night and not the day.

That is good to hear. What games have you been playing?

I'm shocked. With all the care GOG puts into its forum, a malfunction seems unimaginable. ;P

Every time I do, it goes sideways. It never lasts for long.

Playing Batman Arkham Asylum, Shadow of Mordor, Luckslinger, Darkest Dungeon, Sakura Dungeon and Wolf Among Us right now.
:-O **beak drop**

CarrionCrow: Shadow of Mordor
Is it any good?
It was made by my favourite developer (but after they were acquired by WB and many of the good people left :-p)

I know, I nearly contacted the Polish Embassy to see if some disaster had hit Poland. :-)

That is good to hear.

How is Darkest Dungeon, that is the only one I have really seen a little off and could see myself playing, although I doubt it is really for me.

It must have taken a long time to build all that.
And here is your own French themed match structure:

You could always burn it, that would teach him a lesson. :-)

Yes, I think so. It starts off with Batman Arkham combat, then adds a bunch of new things to it, expands the world, gives the player more things to do, then tops it off with the Nemesis system of mini-bosses for you to find information on, learning their weaknesses, then killing them off.

-laughs- Gotta love the irony of it all. A thread with people I like so much, on a forum that's 99 percent composed of neglect and dog shit.

I think it's interesting, if stressful to play. The gameplay's easy enough to get into, you just have to be willing to see it all go wrong and have people you've been trying to protect and grow into a decent team get annihilated.

Pfft... I can't. I respect it too much :-p
Same as the French one. That is incroyable :-O

So a well polished turd, as the old saying goes? :-)

I have heard quite a few people speak highly of the game, and I do like the style of it. But I don't think those style of games are really for me. I would probably play a little then get tired of it. I have not heard of all of the games you mentioned, but I will go have a little look at them now to see what they are like.

More like a pearl awash in an ocean of fish shit. =)

If you're not up for frustration, you'll probably get sick of it in a hurry. But on the other hand, the way the missions are set up, you can play a little, then go back to it later without flow being broken.

I am sure the game is lovely, but I am not the biggest fan of rogue-lite games. I like the look of some of the rogue-lite games, but often the general mechanics of such games are just not really for me. FLT seems to be one of the exceptions to that. I will probably give rogue-lites a proper try some day, but at the moment despite some looking nice, I think I will pass on them for now.

I had a look at the other games you mentioned. And naughty, Mr Crow. Stop playing those anime eye candy games :-). I will never get why the art style gives them such giant boobs. Don't get me wrong, who doesn't like boobs, but still, the anime style goes a little too far, and some of those outfits just would not work with those boobs, but I guess anime boobs do not obey the laws of gravity :-). Although one thing I do like about those games is the lovely outfits, even if they look a little impractical. When I was playing Huniepop I ended up liking the outfits more than much of the game. :-)
