ElTerprise: Good morning :)

That's an awesome idea :D

How are you doing?
avatar
CarrionCrow: Yeah, I like it. Two or three times of using it at most, and even a dim bulb should be able to get the hint.

Can't complain here. Ended up falling asleep way early, just woke up a little bit ago.
Trying to burn out the cobwebs while fiddling around online. Nothing too exciting.
Exact same here, fell asleep at 7 and just woke up at 5, ditto on the coffee too. :-)

Morning all.

ddickinson: Do you ever wonder that we are right, and they are just escaped patients? :-)

I am good, thank you. Just getting a few jobs done to help pass the time. It seems I am okay to start going back to work next week in stages, so that has really cheered me up as I was doing quite will before the pneumonia set me back.

How did you like the releases and demo yesterday?
I tend to think a lot of them never got their credentials checked before they got the job.

Happy to hear that. =) You're not a "let's stay inside all day" kind of person, not by a long shot.

Balrum sounds lame, Parkan sounds interesting, and I'm looking forward to a revamped version of System Shock since I like System Shock 2 quite a bit. (Still need to do all three runs of it, but I'll get to that eventually.)

Good morning. *return hug*

I am glad to hear you are doing well. And since I am lazy, see my reply to Crow about how I am. And feel free to answer the question about the releases yesterday. :-)

*big lazy hug*
Thank you - and it's even better now because the carpenters just finished their work :D
I'm happy to hear that - especially that you can get back to work soon :)

Hm...the releases look interesting but i don't know anything about them. I enjoyed the System Shock demo. I might back that game :)

CarrionCrow: Good morning, Owl lady. =)

-drags out a nice big wading pool of coffee for you- Toned down the strength on this one, it shouldn't be quite so "kick you in the beak" strong. ;)
Good morning, crow !! :)
Thanks for the coffee !!
How are you doing today ?

EndreWhiteMane: Morning all.
Morning, Mr Whitemane ! :)

Good morning, Endre!

I hope you are doing well, despite your early start to the day?

Thank you. I am actually thinking that would explain my poor sleeping patterns. As I am getting better my energy levels are getting back to how they were, so I have all this energy and nothing really to do with it, so I think that could be causing some of my sleep troubles. So hopefully once I am able to do more things I am hoping that will stop or at least help my sleeping problems, which in turn should help me get better sooner thanks to the extra rest.

I have heard a few people are weary of Balrum due to it being a Java game, but I only read a little, so I might be mistaken. None of the games are really for me, but I know many are excited about System Shock, even if I do think the publishers are a little underhanded asking for crowdfunding they hey have enough money to fund it themselves.

Thank you.

I am guessing that since the demo is here the game if finished will definitely be coming to GOG, possible even as a day 1 release?

No where awake yet but all my parts seem to be functional. :-)

Agreed on Balrum. Sounds like there's so much mixed in there as to dilute the whole experience.

So we need to wake you up. Shall we use the whole bucket of ice cold water technique, coffee delivered via an IV drip straight into the blood, tell you about some pretty nurse waiting to see you, or just shake you until you are awake? Or if you want to be very unadventurous we could just let it happen slowly as you wake up naturally. :-)

*big silly hug*

I think slowly is safest, this early the shock of the others might kill me.

I saw the phrase "farming sim" included when it was described. That's enough for me to avoid it.

My lazy is making a pot before I go to bed so I have fairly decent brew I can just nuke in the morning while I feed the critters. :-)

Yep. More than that. Might be due to the fact that i know both from sports. Was a nice surprise seeing them doing the windows :)
You're welcome. I totally agree with Crow aber not staying inside part :)

Well it's already in the Upcoming tab - and you can get a GOG key when you back it...

That's good. Have some coffee to accelerate the awakening *offers strong coffee* :)

Does seem a bit funky to be building a nice house with pretty curtains and growing radishes when your not out killing stuff.

Well, the nurse more than likely knows mouth to mouth. ;-)

That is good, we need your tower laboratory to have the best views. :-)
Thank you. I am definitely sick of being stuck inside, and with it being summer it makes it worse.

Ah, sorry, I never looked a those places, or at the game that much. There was little point given that I don't even own the original, let alone have never played it, or the sequel.
