Howdy Crow!

How did you fare with the heat yesterday? It was brutal here... heh!

My air conditioner melted... :/

Ixamyakxim: It's a really good game (I was gifted a copy by trenton in a giveaway a year or two ago). Ton of fun, great setting / atmosphere and plays very nicely - super smooth, responsive platforming and controls.

At one point, I thought it would be the first game that got me to use a gamepad, but I told myself I'd give it a shot with mouse and keyboard. Played great - and I loved the visceral component of using the mouse for the sword ;) I'd say fire it up soon, and give it a shot with M&K before you plug in a controller... you just might be like me and enjoy it that way.
Cool... Might be exactly what I need. I am entangled with Serpent in the Staglands, but it is quite a handful to understand properly, so end up taking lots of breaks. Lovely game surely, but brutal if you don't pay attention :)

It's very nice that there are new indie games that play well and are responsive!

Hey there. =)

I think you've got it worse than I do. It's normal summer garbage, not depths of the inferno hot.

Aye, it was 111 F yesterday... Hot for any June I can remember.

I see Dead Light finally arrived here. I'm tempted to get it, but my budget is stretched thin,
and still trying to figure out if I'm getting anything else from this sale before it melts away too. heh!

Doing good. Hopefully you too!
Watched Temple of Doom after a long time, was surpisingly good, I thought :)
Silly jokes, but made me laugh :)

Yeah, that's much worse than here.

What's catching your eye presently?

Can't complain here.

Yeah, the sidekicks are annoying, but the movie's still good.

Gee, I already own Mark of the Ninja too. Why is it that I feel getting surprised by stuff like that is not a good thing?
Hello all, back from class and still alive.

Hello and glad to hear you survived class. :)

I have Mark of the Ninja too, but still haven't gotten around to playing it, other than a
quick test run.

Just a few different games and possibly some DLC for games I already have,
but nothing that can't wait until the next seasonal sale.

At this point I don't have much time for playing games if I want to finish writing
the books. (getting book 1 and 2 done by end of the year...) :D

Are your student treating you alright?
Hmm... I guess it may be alarming. But when the library gets big, I guess it's nothing to worry about if you can't remember every game...

It just means you have a lot of stuff...and, ya know, you might have forgotten times when you spent large amounts of money. That's all, nothing to worry about. =)

Sounds like you've got good priorities. Looking forward to reading those when they're done.
