omega64: True, you CAN play it in single player.
But it really seems to be set up such as that it would more fun in co-op.
In single player you still have the other with you.
You can give the ai a personality for conversations or put in the answers for both yourself.
But actually arguing about it with someone else would be way more fun.
Interesting. I own the game, but I have not played it yet. I did plan to play it with my partner, so I am not sure how good single player would be.

CarrionCrow: Good morning, everyone. =)

Hope you're all doing at least okay so far.
Good morning, Mr Crow!

I hope you are having a lovely day?

I think you can even play the Enhanced Edition Splitscreen, they apparently added that.

Can't really complain here. Somewhat sleep deprived, but I'll live.
Hoping something pops up in a few hours that I really want, that's about as far as I've gotten today. -laughs-

How are you doing?

Pretty much what I just said to D. If I was more awake, I'd try to be more creative.
Thinking about Hyper Light Drifter and starting a Darkest Dungeon run today at some point.

Darkest Dungeon seems quite fun.
Worth picking up once the price goes down?

There's no real way to lose right?
You level up the town and you can always get new (low level) characters.

I wanted to pick up Hyper Light Drifter at release, the 30 fps cap made me reconsider. :l
It does seem like it's quite good.

Unless they changed it in the Enhanced Edition you actually play one of the characters the server created when you do co-op in Original Sin.
The screen does split when you move away from each other on the same terminal now.
The character sharing thing was something I never wanted because it'd cause my character to develop wrong.
For instances I keep my characters as "bold" so they can't get charmed.

I think I would prefer one big screen, but maybe split screen is better, I would have to wait and see.

Sorry to hear that, but I hope it won't stop you having a lovely day. Are you hoping for any game in particular?

I am doing okay, thank you, as little sleep deprived also, but nothing to complain about. I have been having fun going through my old spare keys so that I can technically still gift a few people without breaking my gifting/buying ban, which has put a happy smile on my face. :-)

ddickinson: How is the story in the game, nice and gripping, or just a bit meh?
Uhhhh... It was... ummm.... ,'','',',,''',',:-|
I don't remember the story. Something about an uncle :-) I think it was nice. I remember experiencing some sort of emotions at one or two moments, so that's something. It's been too long, I'm afraid. I'll have to replay it sometime.
Good Morning GoGers how are you?

Me? I just came back from my History exam and now I'm getting ready for the weekend and for E3! :)
Hello to everyone else who has arrived since this morning!

No worries, thank you for the answer. *big hug*

I'd say a player can totally become stuck. If you've got nothing but high-level missions, and all you have is a few totally inexperienced characters, your party's probably going to get slaughtered.

Probably would've picked it up already at 33 percent off if I didn't already have it elsewhere.

The framerate thing doesn't bother me. Comes down to price, will have to see if it shows up and what it's going for.
Just want to say:

Holy.... Blizzard released Diablo 2 v1.14d patch a couple months ago.

It's okay. Could be much worse. I'll try napping later.
Hopefully you can manage to get some rest yourself at some point in the day.

There are a couple, and I'm hoping something interesting pops up with game arrivals.
Could go for something new coming along. Might even do an evil questing character run in Fallout New Vegas if it appears.

-laughs- I'm not surprised you're finding that enjoyable. You're still a ninja, whether you're buying stuff for people at the moment or not. ;)
Hello guys!

Anyone here knows what happened to the list of unavailable games on GOG Connect? They've gone to only three games now. Am I missing something or is that what's supposed to happen?

Thank you. I will be fine, any sleep is better than no sleep, and so far I seem do be doing a little better today, so that is nice.

There was a rumour of Fallout 3 coming here, and I imagine it would make a lot of people happy. Fingers crossed then that it comes here for you.

Well I have ELT to thank for the idea. I was taunting myself by checking wishlist and I noticed he had a game on his list that I thought I remembered having a spare key for, and I did. So I went through some other lists and while not having much success, I did have a little.

I believe the games are only on GOG Connect for a limited time. If you look at the current 3 games they say "3 Days" on them, which indicates how long before they expire as well.
