CarrionCrow: Good evening. =)

Right now, my haul consists of -

Uprising 2
Deadly Tower of Monsters
Evil Islands
Konung 1 and 2
Last Federation: Lost Technologies DLC
Starpoint Gemini 2: Titans DLC
Galactic Civ 3: Precursor Worlds DLC
Star Wolves 3
Last Door Season 2
Age of Decadence

Wouldn't complain if Hyper Light Drifter showed up. That's my main high priority one that isn't already on discount.
Other than that, it's picking up bits and pieces of list stuff if the prices are decent.

Doing all right here. Quiet night, hoping to get some sleep in a while. Not really playing stuff, getting distracted watching videos instead.
You've already picked up some neat looking games, in a sci fi space mood are ya? :P

After over a year, I FINALLY finished the main storyline in Dishonored. It feels more like relief than joy...that game had some very fun parts to it but the stealth & low chaos style got really boring and downright tedious more often than not. I'll replay it eventually in a "high chaos" style, but for now I'm done with it, the DLCs can play themselves :P

Edit: And I'm off to bed. It's nice being able to game until 5 in the morning and still grab 6 hours sleep.

ddickinson: Well if you give me a few minutes, you can try it out for yourself as I found an old code for it. I figured since I can't gift properly at the moment I can at least gift older keys I have lying around gathering virtual dust. Check your chat in a few minutes for the key. :-)
I'm surprised, you manage to gift even when you can't. xD

I really appreciate it though.

zeogold: You rang?

ddickinson: Hell no, do you know how expensive it would be for me to call California. I sent a telegram instead. :-)

Hey, I have been on a roll. Sadly my old keys are for (of course) older games here, so most don't have them on their wishlists. But a few have added some older games, so I figured why not. I won't let my no gifting ban stop me gifting. :-)

You are very welcome to it, I hope you like it after you try it.

ddickinson: Because you are still covered in peanut butter, so that lets us see you. Besides, I am a Battle Sister, we have ways of detecting heretics.

I think it was just some random fan made thing, but I know you like your pixels so it looked like the right one.

How are you today, lovely Mr Agent?

Do I remember you talking about A Story About My Uncle at some point, if so was it a good game?

*big hug*
Ho yeah, the peanut butter :-| *sniffs and licks my arm* :-þ,'',','

Pixelized versions of movies are usually cute :-p ... I haven't really done much/any fan art myself, but I always enjoy seeing others' fan art, in any form.

I'm doing somewhere in the okay/good range today. Thanks :-) How's it going on your end? Hopefully at least a tiny bit better?

I did play that game, thanks to Owl. I really enjoyed it. I guess it would be called a first-person platformer, with a little bit of puzzle mixed in. The basic idea is to use a grappling hook to get from one side of the level to the other. It has a cute and creative little world, with a really lovely atmosphere. It is a bit on the short side though. I'd recommend it if you can find it on sale; the base price feels a bit steep to me due to the game's length.

I hope so too.

I have 300+ games on my wishlist.
I'm sure there are some older games in there. xD
The sales have helped clear it a bit though.
I'd rather my owned games stay above my wishlisted games. :P

Edit: 278, I guess that was me buying stuff.

You still use the Pony Express over there? Get with the times, we are using pigeons now. :-)

Radioactive peanut butter now after the explosion, hence why ghosts look green. :-)

Yes, and it is nice to see fan art that is not porn. :-)

I am doing okay, still not sleeping as much as I would like, but doing okay, nothing I need to complain about. I feel like I have done too much of that lately anyway.

How long is the game, if you can remember?

About 3 hours I think.

Nope, nothing aside from the stuff on day 1.
Want to buy Ys but can't justify rebuying them for that price.
Will probably wait a few days until I start really purchasing stuff.

Waiting for a sale on Divinity: Original Sin that makes it about 10 bucks or so.
I just don't wanna get it for 20 considering I need a co-op partner.

Hoooo... That's why they are green? I thought green ghosts must have been killed by your fluorescent peas ;-p

Well, glad to hear the "okay" at least. Wish it were better of course. I don't mind at all if you "complain". Feel free to do so anytime, here or in chat. Maybe you will complain half as much as me one day ;-p
In the meantime, *big feel better hug*

I believe it took me about 4 hours to complete A Story About My Uncle. And I tend to move pretty slowly :-)

Hmm. Hadn't even noticed how much stuff from that genre I'd picked up until you mentioned it.

Low chaos...even the phrase alone sounds dull. If you've got chaos, wouldn't you always shoot for the option with high levels of it? ;P
Regardless, congratulations on the win. One more title out of your hair for the time being.

Have a good night, sleep well when you get there. =)

I thought Divinity: Original Sin was single player as well as co-op?

And what do you think makes them fluorescent? Radiation, of course, radiation that is coming over from all those French nuclear tests during the cold war. :-)

*big thank you hug*

Thank you for the answers. I don't think it is a game for me, but I am looking through GOGs games and I was just wondering. How is the story in the game, nice and gripping, or just a bit meh?

True, you CAN play it in single player.
But it really seems to be set up such as that it would more fun in co-op.
In single player you still have the other with you.
You can give the ai a personality for conversations or put in the answers for both yourself.
But actually arguing about it with someone else would be way more fun.
