Emergency vehicles are paid for as long as it's deemed an emergency; costs quite a bit to get a emergency vehicle out because of the stuff involved; you may have staff on over time who are payed well because they have to deal with stuff most people aren't ready to deal with, there's items that have to be replaced at extensive costs to the community if they're even used once etc. I know that you can get charged just not entirely for what.

True; I'm putting forth the desire for termination because the conditions, while not normally preventing most activities, are making one exceedingly unhappy. In some cases they also interfere with normal life routines & can be misunderstood by the community.

But based on that argument you've put can't it be said that assisted suicide should be disallowed for any conditions because at any time in the world there's always at least a select group of unknown # of people who are functioning under your exact same circumstances with out enduring suffering?
While they might not be functioning normally the law doesn't require functioning normally merely that one is "enduring suffering that is intolerable". Therefore can't it be shown by selecting from this group of people not suffering that one seeking termination is indeed not suffering & request should be denied & further all requests should be denied?

As mentioned previously my Cousin-in-law died of leukemia recently & such but it doesn't bother me to mention it; it's a fact of life sadly.
