I honestly think that Another world is overrated. It did nothing Prince of Persia hadn't done before. It just added more death animations.
Ron Gilbert is not simply a grumpy gamer at this point, he's reached that state in which he's always cleaning a shotgun at all times. This last rant is akin to him going to the real state agency he sold his house (and soul) to and shouting at them "Oy you damn kids, gimme back my lawn!"

I can say, for anyone who hasn't played it, that it's a hell of a lot better than the original Torchlight.
Are you asking if I get whiplash, or saying you get that from reading my nonsense? (Or both? -laughs-)
If it's the former, I'm kinda used to it at this point. I'm fine now, I'll be angry again in a minute, then it'll switch to being numb, then switch out some more. (And that doesn't even include the moments of having two or more distinctly separate, sometimes conflicting emotional states simultaneously.)
If it's the latter, my apologies. It's a bit of a rollercoaster effect.
