Had a lovely night out at a AAA baseball game (I got that right, didn't I?) but ended a lovely night on a seemingly obligatory clumsy note and closed the car door on my hand. Pretty certain nothing's broken, as i do have some movement in all of my fingers, but it's just really weird, as my middle finger is not only swollen, but visibly bruised, and I normally just don't bruise, at least not visibly, even when I break bones. Certainly a case of "looks a lot worse than it is" but this is my first attempt at typing and it's quite a slow affair, requiring lots of backspacing. I have a feeling I won't be doing much--if any--gaming before my procedure Wednesday. Good news is I'll doubtless come out of my nap feeling invincible and will likely not only game, but clean the house, tinker with some gadgets and gog-knows-what-else when I come home from that. :)

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend!
Geez, what a way to end a fun night. :/
Hope it is just bruised, if you get any more funny colors better have it looked at.

Literally or metaphorically? Because the fried egg is currently the latter :)
Anyway i actually had to look that up....well haven't tried it yet but i guess in my case the cooler is going to die soon which would mean that shit is hitting the fan now but thankfully i already ordered components for a new PC :)

I used to drink Pepsi but weaned myself onto the diet because of the sugar.
Now I can't drink anything but the diet, regular is like pancake syrup sweet to me.

Stupid godsdamned game...it feels like it's going to take weeks to beat.

Okay. That's enough of that for today. Could really use something that doesn't consist of bouncing squares and a shit-ton of spikes.

Thanks! I can't seem to have any sort of night, fun or not, without leaving my own special mark on it. Usually by way of embarrassing moment/s or personal injury. ;) Oddly, the color is still spreading under one of my nails, but is already seeming to settle back down everywhere else. Plus, I can feel all my hand-parts now, not just one particular knuckle, so I can actually do a bit of clickity-clack and what-not. I've actually been spending the better part of the evening going through my music collection and adding things to my portable audio player... It holds two microSD cards, and I'd had a 128gb and a 64gb in it forever, but finally got a second 128gb card, so I've been going through the enjoyably-lazy process of deciding what new music to add to it for carrying around while cleaning / on walks / out on the road / etc.
