CarrionCrow: Okay...waiting for the punchline to the nude pictures thing...
Sorry, I did not really plan a punchline. It was just a silly reply to Soccorro's silly post. :-)

CarrionCrow: Good morning. =)

How's your day going?
Feeling a bit better than the last days - but it could be better of course.

What about you?

Heading off to sleep, I think. Hope you get to feeling all the way better soon.

Goodnight/day, everyone.

Hello.
Oops, sorry !! :->
A rather exhausted hello to all of you. Slept a bit, but my mornings have become my "default sick time" again. Just glad my procedure is coming up in a week, should kick this crap in its teeth for a while. Nothing to worry about in the mean time, just woke up a bit cranky. :)

I hope you all have a lovely day! If it's not all rainy again today, I think pupster and I may walk to a park once my stomach will allow it. The morning has a "day at the park" feel for some reason, so we shall see.

I tried the very, very beginnings of Spacechem and felt immediately stupid. Then my wife looks at it and says, "ooh, I like how well it seems they're pacing the flow of information. Really makes a lot of sense." I'm so glad sometimes that I married someone much smarter than myself. I think we'll finally try it together as a team this evening.

*big hugs and waves all around*

What kind of procedure? O_o
Good luck I guess.

Sounds like Spacechem will be keeping you busy for a while. ;)

Thanks again, by the way. :) It's nothing major as procedures goes, but helps a great deal. It's basically a somewhat glorified upper g.i. endoscopy, but they go in and inject botox into a valve in my stomach... seems to allow the valve to open and let food move on to my intestines, and seems to help quite a bit for a good 2-4 months or so. Fortunately, it's quite an easy thing to set up every quarter or so. :)

Oh alright, well I'm sure it'll be fine.

Oh certainly. Worst case scenario for this sort of thing is that it doesn't help as much as I'd like, but even then I get a nice Propofol nap out of the deal. So there's no real losing with this one. :)

omega64: How long is it?
I'm just a bit past the first boss.
avatar
CarrionCrow: Thinking it could probably be beaten in less than a day. It's not very long.
I'm relieved to see this. I started this game a long while back, as I really enjoyed Bastion, and at first I was so pleased with Transistor. But the feeling of "this is all too familiar" after Bastion got to me too soon. I think I also got just past the first boss, perhaps. Knowing it's not too long, I may pick it back up soon just to knock it off the backlog list.

CarrionCrow: Two things -

1. You aren't stupid. Stupid people make me gnash my teeth while wishing a program existed that would electrocute them in their chairs, then set their house on fire with them twitching inside so they can do the world a favor by burning to death. You do not generate that kind of response in me.

2. In all honesty, I'm going by Agent's sterling recommendation of the title.
When you know someone's a big fan of a company, and they still hate a title? Odds are it's going to be good in that "kicking me in the junk until I cough up blood" sorta way.

Took a bit at Overfall and it seems interesting enough, but not so much that I'm clamoring to buy it while I've got so much other stuff to run through.
Hello!
And apologies, 15 hours late :) Fell asleep last night and for some reason my workplace smart phone cannot be used to post messages here anymore...

Thank you for the kind words :)
Can't remember what I was going to say anymore, darn... But Alright, you and Agent's attitude for Gemini Rue is probably on par with mine for Space Quest 1-3, so I think I understand :)

Hey there, how goes the BGEE? I finally got back into the swing of it myself, but only just about to start Chapter 4. Took a bit of a longer break from it than I'd intended. :) I hope you're well!
