moonshineshadow: *laugh* Nope. I read the description of the game and it talked about huge bosses and hard fights. So I decided against it, which of course had absolutely nothing to do with me being bad at boss fights ;-)
Hmmm... You wouldn't like the huge bosses in Giants: Citizen Kabuto then (I have a free copy, if you'd like it ;-))

Picked up Bloodlines... I almost feel afraid to admit I've never played it. It looks like the sort of game I should research a bit before playing blindly, so I'll likely just stick to BGEE and a handful of others while I read up on this one.

I hope you're all having a lovely day, or at the very least getting by okay. :)

You don't really have to research it, I certainly didn't.
Just don't play as Malkavian or whatever the race is that has to travel through the sewer system. (on your first playthrough)

Thanks for the advice! I may just install and patch this up and give it a blind go after all. :)

It's been in my backlog for almost 7 years. I'll get around to it someday™ :-p

Mine as well, ever since I played Redemption ages ago. And yet I keep replaying games like Baldurs Gate and Dungeon Siege every couple years like there aren't a ton of unplayed games piling up. :)

Just came here to explain quickly how everybody who likes b-movies should buy Deadly Tower of Monsters :P

Gotta head to night shift soon, but the game is just friggin' awesome! You can turn a VHS mode on for both audio and video from options. It's just... brilliant ;) ...Probably not a huge game and my controller's not working on first try, but I still love it. Must be the fan-ism for this stuff talking...
