NoNewTaleToTell: Well I wanted chocolate...until I actually got some. This is the second time in less than a week that I've fallen for that trap. I don't know why I even started randomly craving chocolate, I don't really like it that much. So yeah, buy a cake or a cup of fudge, just to "have enough" after about three spoonfuls, very financially wise.
Biologically, our brains are kind of wired up for sugar addiction, which is why sugar is added to so much so that you keep getting it. So you crave it, but you also know you should not really have it. Having some chocolate now and then is okay, in moderation. As to why you crave it now, well that could be due to a number of reasons. But since it seems to not be what you want, I hope you will get over the craving soon.

Unlikely ... because we haven't that much of a weather change so far. On day we had 20°C here but that was two weeks ago or so (not entirely sure) and we're now back at cold, windy and rainy with 8-13°C....so nothing out of the ordinary ;)
Hopefully then just a random headache that will leave you alone very soon.
