Trid: I'm realy curious about Stardew Valley myself, it's realy that good?
I'm playing it at this very moment... I'm badly addicted to it :-p
And I'm really enjoying it. It's a pleasant little farming game, with some mining and fishing thrown in. Basically just farm stuff to earn money - to buy better equipment to farm farm more stuff :-) ... it's all the little things that make me love it most though - the art, the music, and the detailed little town itself. It's full of about 30 characters that each have their own personality, job, and daily schedule. They'll give you little quests to keep you busy in-between farming. And there is a social aspect that I haven't really explored a whole lot - you can become friends (and maybe more?) with the townspeople, but I haven't done it yet. It makes the town feel very "alive" though.
And it is incredibly relaxing. Easy, yet satisfying. So, yeah, I think it is excellent :-)

ddickinson: So if you are not a zombie, then who the hell is this? o_O

ddickinson: Hey, you are supposed to use quotes from video games, not authors. :-)

Thank you. *big hug*
We'll i'm pretty sure that your quote from Outlast is a really good and elaborate derivative on Clarke's third law ;)
But maybe the original was also used in a video game :)

You're welcome *big return hug* :)

I found him wondering around the countryside. What is strange is that he was not moaning "brains" as you would expect. He was instead mumbling something about the peanut butter. I am wondering if he is just a Moomin with peanut butter withdrawals instead of a zombie? o_O

Stop using logic. That is cheating. :-)

Why would that be cheating? :/

Does that mean that i cannot quote Asimov's laws either, when applicable? :(

Because logic has no place in silliness. :-)

You could, but they are kind of flawed. And they refer to robotics and artificial intelligence, not Agent reviving technology. :-)

I wasn't going to quote them in reference to the current iteration of the ARK™ but i'm thinking about the planned ARK™ Mark IX Codename Irminsul which might make use of nano machines ;)

Edit: Found an even better Codename :D

How is anyone going to take that invention seriously when you use a made up name like Kyffhäuser. At least say Kyffhäusergebirge. :-)

Edit: And stop editing your post and spoiling mine. :-)

Well i was only basing it on the Kyffhäuser legend a variation on the king-in-the-mountain myth ;)
Sorry i edited because i thought of using a name without any Umlaut ;)

Oh and Kyffhäusegebirge is rarely used nowadays - i only know it as Kyffhäuser :)

You say that like I even know what Kyffhäusegebirge means (I just saw it on the Wikipedia page). :-)

Well i thought about a place in Germany with a legend or myth attributed to it and Kyffhäsue was one of the first things which came to my mind ;)
Well you questioned the the name i used - that gave me the impression that you knew about it - didn't know that Wikipedia actually mentions the different names :)

Ah, sorry to mislead you. I do seem to recall the legend about Frederick Barbarossa being buried under a mountain range in Northern Germany as part of some work I did on Anglo-Saxon/Germanic mythology during the Medieval Era, but I can't be too sure about that, it could just be my mind playing tricks on me.
