You sure it's unofficial at this point? I was under the impression it was mandatory unless you provide a snack, tell a minimum of one decent joke, or make a sacrifice to tinyE.

Yep it is unofficial since it is not required. And most of us don't hug just anyone, only people they like.
And while your worship of tinyE is cute, it is not like it would be of any use here ;-)
