How are you liking the day's new release?

Good evening DD *big hug*

We have a new release? *goes looking* hm...sounds somewhat interesting...and it reminds me to read the book at some point :)
But it's an InDev game - i'll wait until release to take a closer look :)
So, I am trying to see about getting some games that are not normally what I would play. FTL for example, as rouge like games are usually not my thing. Anyway, someone suggested I should at least try a Telltale story game, and after looking at the ones on GOG, I thought that Tales from the Borderlands looked the most appealing to me. Has anyone played the game? Is it worth trying?

It is not really my kind of game, but it is nice to see something based on Kipling here.

But it might be a Great Game ;)
I've frankly no idea what this game actually is - aside from the "open-world rpg"...but i'm intrigued :)

I saw what you did there. :-)

I am glad you like the look of it. I wonder how long this one will be in an incomplete state? Hopefully when it is finished you will find it quote appealing.

ddickinson: Good evening, lovely people of Fred!

I hope you are all doing well and have had a lovely evening so far, or day, or what ever time it is for you? :-)

*hugs and waves*

34 hours? Was that the visual novel game you mentioned previously?
Good evening. =)

Yes, that's what I was referring to.

ElTerprise: Congrats. No you only have to wait for the release of the sequel ;P

Good evening Crow :)
Good evening. =)

The sequel can wait a bit. I think it's supposed to be longer than the original. I've got other stuff to beat first.

Good evening.

Are you glad you tried the game, or would you rather have not wasted so long on it?

Yup...couldn't resist and that one was an easy one ;)

Well that's true for most of the InDev games. So far only the PC-melting game has been finished although Starbound is apparently getting close to be finished. I hope that Kim won't be in development for years - that would be unfortunate but i wouldn't mind a few months because that would give me the time to read Kim ;)

The website says little more about it except that it seems to be a mash-up between a choose your own adventure and an RPG. It interests me enough it just may be my second early access title.

I think it didn't have to be that long. The pacing's way too slow sometimes, it's got too much redundant dialogue padding, but I still think it was worth buying and playing to the end. I liked the story, the music, the art style.
