I think I am going to try to actually get some sleep, hopefully I can get more than an hour of sleep this time. Take care, and you boys try to behave yourselves while unsupervised. I don't want to come back to find Fred looking a mess and possibly partly on fire. :-)

Ixamyakxim: I'm not huge into sci fi (though I LOVED Dune) but the name I keep seeing come up here that I'm going to check out at some point is a writer named Sanderson (I think I have that right).
Most of Sanderson's books are not sci fi at all, they are fantasy. Huge difference. Just saying ;-)

OR....instead of gaining more experience in the deli before I think of moving I could just immediately start filing job apps in California so I can leave here ASAP thanks to my state basically saying "Yeah I think we'll (try to) do the outright bigotry thing too, thanks for the idea North Carolina!".

I don't care if it passes or not, the fact that it's being proposed and has (at least some) support from both elected officials AND the general population is enough for me to say "adios".

that aside, I've mostly had a decent day, how are all of y'all doing?

By all means apply to many many jobs if you are serious about moving - and keep working... that's usually a safe approach...

Can't comment on the state business, not following news much these days... I think we would be better off with kingdoms :P
