Needing a way to contact support that wont result in a 3 week wait for a ticket
been charged 4 times for one order and not one game has been released.
bill is now in triple figures and going to affect my ability to pay for essentials. was only supposed to be a small purchase and now support is saying they wont reply to my ticket for weeks
Surely there must be a way to expedite a support request
anyone with a similar experience or advice?

Contact a blue via PM (https://www.gog.com/forum/general/spambot_report_thread/post1).
No guarantees, but worth a try.
Apart from that: why go through the check out process four times? (that's how I understand your post)
If I encounter a problem with payment, I wait a day, and then I try to contact GOG/PP (whomever).
I don't buy the same thing over and over.

cant pm any blues due to privacy settings.

Yeah, well,...you have to enable PM on your side.
The blues I had to deal with in the past all had their PM set to "everyone".

Edit: Under your account name --> Orders & Settings --> Privacy --> ALLOW CHAT MESSAGES FROM --> everybody
You can disable the settings again after you send your message - they can reach you even if your PM is set to "nobody"

I've forwarded the info internally and our team is already looking into it. I'll let you know more once I hear back from them.
Don't worry though, we will never charge anyone twice for the same thing on purpose. Anyone affected will get their issue resolved ASAP - let me know if you've experienced the problem!
