For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year, Best RPG.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has just been voted the Best RPG of 2015 and granted the ultimate gaming honor: Game of the Year. All in this year's The Game Awards gala in Los Angeles.

CD PROJEKT RED, our partners in crime, have also been voted Developer of the Year!

Combined with Golden Joystick Awards in the Ultimate Game of the Year, Best Storytelling, Best Visual Design, Best Gaming Moment, and Studio of the Year categories - high-fives are flying left and right, and there are plenty of smiles around.

So congratulations to this year's most beloved game developers! And a huge thanks to you guys, the gamers, for your undying support for the rebels, for all that is good in gaming.

rfchen2k: Yes. I have no doubt TW3 is the best RPG I have ever played so far since 1986.
Not saying there would not be better ones (Witcher 4?) in the future but TW3 definitely has set a new standard.

U just have played the wrong ones, don't get me wrong tw3 absolutely deserves it, but not as best rpg, when divinity OS or pillars are by far more rpg than tw.

All considered i agree, this game deserves to be goty

TW3 will make me buy a new pc just so I can play it at max settings, so all those hardware companies owe you money, as I see it :D

I was really happy to see this win. All the games nominated were great but Witcher 3 (and the developers) raised the bar with this game. An achievement well deserved! Well done CD PROJEKT RED you are now one of those developers like Valve where I will be looking forward to seeing and playing your next game!!

Hope you will keep striving to raise the bar with Cyberpunk 2077. All the best!
This sums up my view as well. CDprojectRED is the only company I will preorder from anymore.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be worth the wait I am sure!
