Is this game available anywhere? I can't find it on any DRM, and the Disc version's are too expensive

It's an old game that never got a digital release. I think your best bet for a good price is to let ebay (and/or local alternative) notify you whenever a new copy appears for sale.
Or maybe you can find one in the bargain bin of some physical store....
