Hence, if GoG is all that is good, then Steam MUST be da debil.

Despite all the warnings pre-order games still end up topping the sales charts before release. So most people don't really seem to have an issue with pre-ordering. It sure doesn't stop many of them from bitching when they discover they don't like the game though, something a review, a critic's analysis or detailed gameplay footage could have revealed.

If people can accept the risks and take responsibility for their purchases they can pre-order all they want.
