damien: so my question is which one is not on GOG yet? Dangerous Dave or Dangerous Dave in the Deserted Pirate's Hideout?
What I have been trying to say is that Dangerous Dave in the Deserted Pirate's Hideout is Dangerous Dave. What is not on GOG is the Apple II version with the inferior visuals, which as far as I know plays similarly to the DOS one.

The game's description might not indicate as such, but Industry Giant 2 here apparently does have the three campaigns from the expansion, if The-Business' post is to be believed.

The Gold edition had the editor which the GOG release has not. No idea if there are other differences. I could compare available screen resolutions between Gold Edition (on XP) and the GOG release if necessary.

Since you have included the missing multiplayer mode of Banner Saga to your list, you might also want to include the stand-alone multiplayer expansion to Don't Starve, Don't Starve Together.
